Clean, comfortable room with lovely view of the Solent. Trouble free checking in with plenty of information for our stay. Many delicious choices for breakfast and although we didn't use the mini bar and thoughtful extras, we were very impressed. Never had hair straighteners before in a room, thank you.

Great little guest house, located near the centre of Cowes. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy and the breakfast is excellent. i always stay here when visiting for work!

This B&B has class, with lovely rooms in an excellent location. The owners live on site and look after you beautifully. We will definitely book again when we return to Cowes

Good location, quiet but close to the town. Nice lounge with bar. Cosy feeling. Room was a good size, very clean, good size bathroom and nice in room facilities. Loved that it was a Nespresso coffee machine - that get many points from us! And very yummy breakfast.

Weird radiators, couldn't figure them out! Not a massive fan of having a shop in the room, although shop and complimentary items were labelled clearly enough.

Easy, fuss free check in. Nice shower. Good tea/coffee selection. You can order breakfast in bed!

Not a fan of pre order or self checking in. Room was a little cold despite trying to turn radiators up. But overall a pleasant stay

The only small negative I had was, once I had booked accommodation ‘with parking’ this turned out to be tandem parking and might have been an issue (if you don’t want to leave your car keys at reception). Visiting in November I was able to find parking round the corner, which won’t be as easy in the summer.

Everything about this guest house was excellent, from location, room, breakfast and the relaxed vibe the hosts have developed.

The staff were so friendly, available, and helpful even late at night, beyond reasonable working hours! There was a point we needed more toilet roll at around 1 in the morning, we messaged the owners to let them know, and they responded and resolved the issue within about 5 minutes. The room was VERY clean, and that's coming from a clean freak! We loved the guest basket, which gave us access to many useful travel amenities, snacks, drinks, toiletries and to my pleasant surprise, a shaving kit with shaving cream, which I had to purchase as I forgot mine at home. The Caledon is the best hotel we have ever stayed at, by a long shot. They're doing it right. The owners are intimately in touch with what people would want from a hotel/guest house. They provided everything you could ask for and more! Breakfast delivered straight to your room, tailored to your requests, is also a tremendous treat! Not a bad word to say about this wonderful place! Choose this one! Stop scrolling!

QR code system. Honesty bar set up with I loved. Food/Drink/Alcohol available which was very convenient. Cleanliness off room. Kept to a extraordinary standard, which made me feel comfortable there. QR Code breakfast. Able to order breakfast order night before which was easy to use. Then made ready for time slot chosen by me. Very very tasty too Location of property was ideal

I would much prefer to choose what I'd like for breakfast in the morning and you only had a choice of cooked breakfast or cereal and fruit only one small glass of orange juice. Would have been better if you could help yourself like everywhere else we stayed on the island a bit tight considering the price your paying
