The fantastic sea view and the beautifully decorated rooms. Michelle was very personable and helpful. The dining room with microwave and fridge-freezer meant we could eat more cheaply and have breakfast there with our own food.

Even though it is pretty much come and go as you please the owners were available the day we checked in, and during our stay. It was perfect for our golf trip. Very comfortable twin room with everything you would expect from a holiday let. Perfect for what we needed and would definitely use again

Was a bit concerned as to the security of the house as all customers were told to lock the front door when leaving or after entering, but this was not carried out so, most of the time the house was unlocked. I know that there was a problem with the lock and it was being replaced and if you did as you were instructed it was a very secure lock, But it was the lack of interest from the other residents, that was annoying. All rooms had good locks but, it is what someone unwanted could do if they entered the house.

There was a room to eat take aways and have breakfast in, which was nice, place was excellent very clean, friendly staff, would highly recommend.

The customer service was outstanding. There was some misunderstanding about the lock on the door but Carole went above and beyond to resolve it, even providing a partial refund when it was a user error. The room was lovely and clean, a good shower and a comfortable bed. The b&b is right on the beach front and east to get to from the station. Overall, highly recommended!

The staff was very welcoming. They kept in touch throughout my stay to check on me and make sure everything was perfect. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are super nice as well. The room is big, cozy and well stocked with tea, milk, coffee, hairdryer, kettle etc. We had a very quiet stay as well! - I will definitely be back!
