We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere was nothing we didn’t like about the property apart from not exploring the garden facilities due the heavy rain!
Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and very well presented (not just thrown on a plate and dished up but arranged creatively and cooked to our liking) It was lovely to have tea served in a teapot with bone china cups and saucers! Location was between Matlock and Matlock Bath so well within walking distance to all amenities plus off road parking. A warm welcome greeted us and the bedroom was very comfy and stocked well with tea, coffee, water, biscuits. The shower room which was a few steps away from bedroom was well equipped too. Roger and Angela made us feel very welcome. Thank you

Great reception upon arrival and they were kind enough to let me park my car there during the day. The room had excellent facilities and even had a coffee machine to. Very comfortable bed - the best night sleep I've had in a hotel/bnb. Pizza oven can be ordered for 2 or more guests in advance, including other food. Drinks available to purchase and can be consumed in the hot tub. Hot tub is a great addition and well worth it! Location is excellent for visiting heights of Abraham, Matlock or Matlock Bath. Breakfast cooked to order and a great selection. Very accommodating with having oat milk available as well.

Best dog friendly accommodation I've ever used. Welcomed at the door and shown around. They had tea coffee biscuits and cold water in the room. My room had a private bathroom with towels. The garden was lovely and even had a long lead to tie my dog to. Breakfast was genuinely phenomenal and all super fresh. Owners were so accommodating and the location was perfect to access the cable car, town centre and aquarium. Really cheap for the experience. Will definitely be coming again.

Communication was outstanding before we arrived. Was perfect from the moment we arrived. Rodger did a lovely thoughtful touch in the room as it was our birthday. We had an amazing steak dinner. Tea coffee water in the room bed exceptionally comfortable. Surroundings was beautiful and in the perfect location. The owners was so helpful recommending places to go and any questions we had was answered. Breakfast the next day was so tasty. They had so many choices too. The attention to detail was stunning. The set up on the table... Beautiful. It really felt special. We was throughly looked after and would live to visit again. Thanks so much for having us. A***** xxx
