    Nothing

Loved staying at the Brook Green Hotel. My wife and I were in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to stay for the last few days of our European adventure. We came across Brook Green Hotel and decided this was where we stay to finish off our last few days of our trip. It was fantastic. Great rooms, comfortable bed, super friendly staff. Great location with easy access to transportation. We caught the bus across the street on Saturday to head over to Craven Cottage for the Fulham FC match. Couldn’t have been any easier!!! Loved this hotel and would 100% stay here again!!

No elevator - I am almost 80. Room was a bit small, great for overnight needs and less great for hanging out.

clean, comfortable and cozy. Family atmosphere, friendly staff, charming pub, good food, full amenities. Private bath with modern fixtures and walk-in shower. Very convenient to public transportation.

Very clean and cozy and great location. We liked that the room was well stocked even if we didn’t need anything, it was there.

Not really a dislike, but due to size of bed there is limited space at sides.

Loved the decor, great little touches. Fab to have a superking bed which was very comfy. Good location for nearby Apollo.

    Nothing worth mentioning.

The concept of a pub with hotel rooms upstairs is well proven, and works great for everyone social. The house is victorian, and the rooms not big, but well kept. But hey, if you want big rooms in London you need spend a fortune. The subway (Hammersmith St.) is a 10 minute walk, and the ride into center another 15 minutes. Breakfast is a small buffet plus you can order freely from the small traditional cafe menu - alltogether sufficient. No freshly squeezed juice, but great coffee, and the chef does a good job cooking. Menu did not vary the 3 mornings I was there, though. Appropiatly, there is a section of the pub reserved for hotel guests to enjoy breakfast - works great.

The hotel advertised central A/C which is very important to my husband. However, it didn’t get under 72 degrees for our entire stay. We had to open the window most nights and pray for a breeze. We are American so I understand the AC situation is different in the UK.

The bathroom was incredible! Definitely better than expected with a large standalone tub to relax in. The tube is located right down the street which made traveling super easy.

Could here music from cocktail bar below, although didn't go on too late.

Good location, easy access to public transport. Value for money compared to central London hotels. Good food in the pub and other options close by if required.

The noise from the road outside. The secondary glazing still didn’t drown out the sirens etc.

Beautiful room in a very convenient location for an event at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith.

Steps were fine for us, but not good for those with mobility challenges.

This was such a gem! My new goto for whenever I’m in London. Loved the charm, details and location of this place. It was a beautiful and charming pub on main floor and boutique hotel with so many thoughtful amenities above. The best of both worlds in one. Location was excellent. A welcome relief of fresh air within higher end residential village with lots of shops and easy access to transportation. Far from the noise, crowds and madness of central London. Loved the made to order breakfast every morning and the well stocked snacks and beverages. Great attention to detail. Don’t understand how this didn’t have more stars. Better than most other 4 and 5 star properties I’ve stayed.

The hotel is beautiful. Great location. Short walk to the tube station. 20 mins walk to Shepherd's Bush empire. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely comfortable bedroom. William Morris, the artist, themed room. Secret garden bar out the back . Breakfast good. Staff friendly.

We stayed here on two separate nights on a recent trip as it was around the corner from our daughters flat. The first night we were in such a great room it was so big and had three windows and a bathtub we were thrilled. The second time we stayed the room was very small and we had to ask to switch to another room. Apparently we had been upgraded to a suite due to overbooking on the first night. I would recommend staying in a suite here it was lovely! The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are so nice. FYI no elevator and the second time we stayed we were on the top floor.

Check on closing time so you know how to get back to your room. No lifts. Fine for me but if you’re 3 floors up could be a challenge for some

Super little boutique hotel above Youngs pub. The rooms are very well decorated and appointed. The best stocked mini bar and snack options I have seen. Great location. Friendly staff.
