Only two coathangers in wardrobe. No waste bin in bedroom only a tiny bin in bathroom.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, great shower and lovely towels. Fresh milk in fridge. The food in restaurant is fabulous.

The parking was a bit confusing from what is on the booking.com page and what was sent to us via message. We found it after a couple squabbles driving thru the town though

We really enjoyed this little town and loved the rooms. They were large with massive bathroom that had so much charm.

Slight confusion over the bill. this was due to the check out coinciding with busy breakfast service and the person dealing with check out was also making coffee for breakfasts. It would be better if the check out was completely separate.

We have stayed before and knew what to expect. We returned because everything was, and still is excellent. The room, the food and service were all excellent.

I did bash my legs a few times on the blocky bed frame but just took it because of everything else. .

Excellent rooms and bathrooms are amazing. All the little extras ( fruit, sparkling and still water in proper large bottles and home made fresh cookies with a real coffee machine and fresh milk in the fridge 👍

The only thing, if I had to find a fault, is that there is no car park attached. However there is a free car park a few minutes walk away, so no real problem.

We were warmly greeted and our room was ready even though we were early. The room was beautiful with a luxurious bathroom . There were also thoughtful touches such as homemade cookies from the chef and fresh fruit.

Nothing…it was all good . The parking is only a short walk away and is free !

Check-in was simple with good , clear instructions to follow 👍. On arrival to room hosts had gone the extra mile with some nice touches 👌🏻. Proper black out curtains and net curtains enhanced the room 👍. Great lighting in en-suite and bedroom. Decent sized bed 🛏️ and very comfortable. Great food to be had at White Bear 🐻(literally 50 yards away )because unfortunately The Bower House kitchens are closed on a Monday & Tuesday night. Very pleasantly surprised with our stay and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend you stay here for great value 😉👍

Having to move the car around due to parking restrictions is a bit of a hassle. Stairs are quite tight to carry big luggage. The Ac is only so-so.

Centrally located in a quaint village near pleasant attractions. The little apartment was nicely renovated and charming. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the bath. Nice restaurant below for diner and breakfast. Great sense of place. The is the UK that is worth visiting.

Hotel is in great location in the centre of town.Room was nicely furnished with large bathroom.Breakfast was nice and good value.Room also came with some nice touches like home made buiscuits etc.

The wi-fi in the bedrooms was a little iffy streaming Netflix.

Blown away by the designer bedrooms, quality of service from all staff & the exceptional food & drinks. Highly recommended, would love to return again on our next trip to The Cotswolds.
