Noisy doors in the room's nxt too corridors, lots of slams, had neighbours creating a total nightmare and no1 came about sort it out

Not long after we arrived and unpacked our things there was a leak in our bedroom from work being done in the bedroom above us so had to change rooms then some very noisy guests who got kicked out the hotel at 2am and woke us up but we have been offered a free nights stay the next time we visit Blackpool which was a nice thing for the owners to offer us.

Everything was Nice & clean big room separate bathroom & toilet witch was great.. great value for the money we paid we would recommend this hotel to anybody 100% we will be definitely back again some time in the future thank you :)

There were a couple of small issues with the shower, the holder was coming loose from the wall and the plughole needed declogging because it was draining very slowly. Apart from that, the only thing that bothered me was that, except when I checked in, I never saw any staff at all. But the managers do display their mobile numbers in the room, so I suppose that's fine.

The price I paid was very reasonable for a weekend, so I wasn't expecting that much, but in fact my room was of a very good standard and was really comfortable. The hotel is nicely decorated throughout and my room had some flower pictures that I liked a lot, much better than the usual guesthouse pictures. The WiFi was excellent. The location is very close to the train station, the big Sainsbury's, and many bars etc. Yet the street was surprisingly quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Very musty/unclean smell and a smell of cigarettes too as you enter the front door which runs throughout the whole building as our room was room 7 so had to walk up some stairs and could smell it all the way up and even when going downstairs, this would probably not be rectified by air fresheners and would probably require a full deep clean of carpets and paint etc. But other than that absolutely nothing else bad to say about the property.

Upon arrival the person was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know for our stay. Very good location to which is what we wanted and I couldn’t complain at the price we paid for one night which was great.

The bed was slightly worn in, I kept sliding to one side of the bed due to a dip in the bed and the mattress was a little bit springy, I think an extra pillow would of also been nice which I’m sure if we asked for they would have provided,but we still had a really good nights sleep, the room was lovely and warm and the extremely comfortable, cosy quilt made up for it.

Extremely close to the train station which made the trip with heavy luggage much easier, close to north pier which we look for when staying in Blackpool, and only a small walk to the bars and pubs. Lovely staff, after there was a mistake with our room which was no fault of their own, they easily resolved and accommodated for it quickly, big spacious room with good facilities, was lovely and warm during these cold nights and we had a comfortable nights sleep, can’t complain for the price and will definitely be staying again.

The area is a little run down, and the hotel's reception area could do with a spruce up. And it was rather noisy throughout the night, although I did sleep well.

Pound for pound this is excellent value for money. It is situated close to The Tower and the Railway Station, which was perfect for me. The room was clean and well provided. Excellent WiFi. Overall I had a good stay.
