We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom.From the moment we walked in we was given a very warm welcome..very informative about facilities...etc..shown to our room which was really nice bright and clean..then the next morning our 5 star breakfast...all well organised..with fresh hot buffet..and such very friendly staff..Our thanks to them all..We will definitely be back in the near future...Oh I forgot to mention the lift which was an added bonus...Thanks again..x

United KingdomThe beds have bed bugs, my daughter was bitten at least 15 times all over her body. I know it wasn't intentional, the rooms were not occupied for a long time, but the rooms do need heavy checking and cleansing
The staff was very helpful, friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was really good, they accommodated our Vegan/vegetarian needs. Terry helped us with parking and told us about sightseeing around.

United KingdomDecor and furnishings a little tired and the bathroom door didn’t shut properly. However the bed, whilst soft, was comfortable and the linens and pillows were fresh and clean. The room was well maintained with everything working as it should. The bathroom was very bijou but that really wasn’t a problem for us.
Great location and an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff who went out of their way to meet our needs. Secure hotel in great location. The room was heated to a comfortable temperature and there was plenty of hanging space for clothes. We have dietary needs and we were well catered for, with no hint of it seeming like we were causing a bother (which we had felt elsewhere). Lovely people who gave us a warm welcome and really seem to care about their guests. For the money we paid the hospitality was outstanding. I think the value for money is fantastic, and ok whilst the fabric of the room is a bit tatty everything is clean and it all worked and did the job!

The Belvedere was ideally located for our visit to Blackpool Tower Togetherness Weekender. The room was a family unit clean and slightly more room than usual. Breakfast was extremely good and fulfilling, nothing too much trouble.

United KingdomIts a little dated but it was homely but its a reasonable price for what you had and considering some of the other hotels were more than double I've nothing to really complain about its not full of all the mode cons but you don't go to Blackpool to sit in a room anyway i found it more than comfortable like staying at your nans I'd recommend to anyone that wants a comfortable stay at a reasonable price
The owners were extremely friendly i loved they showed me photos of how the hotel has changed over the 25 years they'd had it. the breakfast was lovely and nothing was to much to ask for my daughter loved the pancakes and waffles and they didn't mind cooking them for her on request. And the advice on where to find the best Chinese was really appreciated.
