Like all London hotels, prices are high and rooms are small. Victoria Station, a half mile away, has seen better times.

For the price, the location and amenities were excellent. The hotel is located on a clean street among repetitive but pleasing white row houses. The lobby was comfortable and spacious. The rooms are quiet and well organized. A bus stop nearby was easy to navigate. I am grateful to the staff because they were ever attentive to my spouse who has difficulty walking.

I have been travelling to London for the last 20 years and it is super hard to find an hotel with a good price which is not horribly old fashioned. The Belgrave is definitely a winner : super confortable, great equipment in the room, super confortable bed and very friendly staff. Definitely on top of my list from now on !

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the fact that the room had several USB wall outlets and even an European wall outlet, very useful for my Dutch plugs. The included breakfast was good and very fresh. It was quiet in the hotel and outside.

The room was quite small & didn't seem as nice as the photos, but it was adequate for our three night visit. Our double bed was very small & much firmer than we'd prefer. The pillows were awful!! There was no mirror near the electric outlet, which made drying & styling hair very difficult. Most of the staff members were lovely, except for the young man who checked us in on Sunday May 12 who was not helpful or friendly (bad start for our visit).

Wonderful location within walking distance to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace & Parliament. Several transit stops very nearby. Excellent breakfast with very good variety & quality. Great shower. Most of staff was very nice & hepful. Lobby was very comfortable & pleasant.

You don't get the full menu during breakfast when you pay for breakfast with your stay. It wasn't mentioned that i remember that everything wasn't included

The shower pressure was great and the showerhead pointing straight down is great. The breakfast had a great selection with a good diet and mix.

Rooms on the smaller size but adequate. Air con was a bit noisy.

Well placed for the tube, very clean and pleasant room. Great choice for breakfast, more than we had anticipated. No noise. All in all a great hotel.

Our double room (404) was quite small, but still had kind of everything you need. Window doesn't fully open and also can't be closed tightly. TV was not working correctly (no sound on BBC 1, rest was ok). AC on/off button worked, but needed a little extra push. Floors squeaking, but that's understandable for an old building like that. Room would like a refurbishment.

Quiet area, every other house is a hotel. Pimlico tube station very close and walk to even Victoria is totally fine. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Bed mattress was soft. Room had an iron and board. Free still water on arrival (two 300ml bottles).

Only complaint was hearing noise from neighboring rooms and floor above, although this is typical of most hotels.

Loved the location - only 1/2 mile from Victoria station and on a quieter street. Room was cozy but comfortable and had everything I needed. Bathroom was clean and updated.
