We booked 4 rooms and unfortunately all 4 were not clean. My parents were in a double room with a kitchen and unfortunately none of the things e.g. kettle, microwave etc were useable as they were so dirty. Food and rubbish on top of wardrobes. Hairs in beds and still poo in the toilet.

Location was great, tram stop right out front, south pier pretty much outside, McDonald’s right next door so happy kids and walking distance to pleasure beach. Lady who greeted us and checked us in was lovely and friendly, allowed us to check in early as rooms were ready.

The room was a great and spacious, but there was chipped paint over the floor near the window, the pillows and towels had a few stains.

We enjoyed the balcony and the sea front view and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And we were in a greay location of all the entertainment and places. (Update) they must have been renovating/decorating as we were there :)

the Hotel over road parking to the front of the building is owned by a NCP carpark,which is chargable £14.95 for 24 hours. you have to download the NCP app on your phone to pay.found the app didnt work smoothly causing some stress at the start of our holiday.

The hotel was well located on the prom a short walk to the lovely south beach pier,the pleasure beach park and located close to everything being on the prom just across the beach.

Well, the room door had problems locking. Fixtures could have done with updating, eg, furniture . Balcony door was held shut by to bolts . The window was cracked , blind didn't work . The bathroom could have been done with updating. The paintwork could have been tidy-up.

Very friendly staff on arrival. Good location especially for new year with lights . Close to everything within walking distance. Beach View.

Our room door wouldn’t lock, the radiators was turned off at a certain time so rooms was cold in the night, our bathroom radiator didn’t work so it was like an ice block in there which lead to the room attached being cold even with the radiator being on in that room. Black marks on the pillow case and had a smell to them.

It was nice and clean in the lobby as stairs. Rooms was nice and big and beds was proper comfy

TVs we’re broken, key was bent and couldn’t lock, hot tap was broken, couldn’t shut window. Spider webs on ceiling, wrappers left in drawers, one of the beds was broken and dipped on edge.

Only 3 light bulbs worked out of a possible 12 Tiles in the kitchen were broken and moved when you attempted to wipe them down

there was meant be lift but it was out of order and we were on top floor with a toddler so it was hard , the shower was hard to work took a while for hot water to come on and there was hairs in the bathroom

it was very dirty in the room and the hallways weed being smoked in another room, we had to buy cleaning products travel cot stunk so we had to buy comfort to clean it breakfast came in with the price but wasn’t told u til the third day so we missed out on two days of breakfast

the lady who was running the hotel lovely lady she has a lot to mange as she was there alone and 1 cleaner I saw
