Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The cleanliness and instructions on where things if needed were. Food places and places of interest to visit. Off road parking for 2 vehicles. So easy to contact owners if any issues arise and prompt replies from them. Very spacious house and garden area at the rear.

BelgiumThe key lock box is very difficult to open. The heating was not working when we arrived and the instructions to fix the problem involved finding the boiler, which we were unable to locate. However, we were able to get the heating working without access to the boiler.
This is a comfortable 3 bedroom house in a good location. It is well equipped and pleasantly organised, with plenty of space to cook, eat and a separate room to relax. The heating, when working, is efficient.

United KingdomThe Bays is in a quiet, residential area, a short walk from the North Beach. It's a great location for a base to explore the area, an easy walk into Bridlington town centre or Sewerby. The accommodation is a good size, really well equipped and clean, it was warm and cosy on our arrival. There are lots of lovely little touches that you don't often get, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, ample toilet rolls and even a box of chocolates. Beds were made up on arrival with plenty of clean towels. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. An excellent stay.

A beautifully presented, spacious house with three double bedrooms in a fantastic location. Quiet but close to the seafront and all amenities. Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower plus bath. Off-road parking much appreciated!

Excellent place to stay near the North Beach Area of Bridlington We have had a lovely stay at the Bays house. The owners were very helpful and the many extras in the property were refreshing I would recommend thus property for families travelling to Bridlington
