Room was very hot, only 1 window would open, ceiling fan was not working but hotel had put a large fan in our room so that was okay ! But only two drawers available for our stuff.

Room was large, well decorated and had good facilities, with great sea views. Staff were helpful to us!

It is a very noisy room - the noise from both inside and outside the hotel could be a problem. Some little details could be improved eg on the bathroom door there was a screw rather than a hook and there is no full length mirror.

Excellent location for exploring Hastings and St Leonards, light airy room with sea views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy.

I loved the bedroom and being able to use the ballroom to sit in and play music was amazing. we had it to ourselves and was lovely to sit with a drink overlooking the sea.

Too noisy, you can hear every sound your neighbours make and all the traffic behind the window. the view is nice but you look at it through dirty windows

Noisy pigeons roosting outside window and shower being in bedroom wasn't for me but unfortunately there would be nowhere else to put it.

Location was perfect for us just past Hastings pier, staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and a good range of other food and drinks available on site.

The hotel was ideally situated for both St Leonards on Sea and Hastings. The full English breakfast was excellent with a time slot system that worked well.

More plug sockets for charging phone. There were x2 holes in the wallpapered wall behind the bed. Luckily we found them near checkout otherwise it would have been more off putting. I think they should be sorted out as it didn't make a goid impression.

Great price for what we got. Very comfortable mattress. Pretty decorations. Blackout blinds were great. Nicely decorated room. Good breakfast. Nice bathroom.

It was a shame that the bed in our room faced away from the window. Also a little noisy till evening because of the road going pst the hotel but not a major problem at night.

The whole property felt a little tired. Our bed linen was quite stiff and scratchy and the noise from the bar downstairs wasn't ideal but we did appreciate the earplugs provided. Breakfast options were limited and quite disappointing- cold stale toast and floury granola with defrosted berry compote. Pastries were also the frozen variety put through the oven.

Well-located with a nice sea view. Nicely decorated even though some furnishings were a bit tired. It is good value for money especially for such a central location - fine for one night.

Hotel mostly closed. Bizarre & awkward food policy for GUESTS (paying £170 for B&B) receiving small versions of the actual breakfast menu.

Having to walk up 3 flights of stairs.

Love the large and bright room with good heating, comfortable large bed with nice pillows. The bathroom is quirky as it was designed like it was a bank vault. The period furniture fits well with the era of the building. We had no problem finding free parking. Adequate breakfast. Unlike others who reported the place being noisy and earplugs were supplied, we enjoyed 3 lovely quiet nights.

There is no lift, so not so good if you are not able to walk up flights of stairs.

Our room had a fabulous view to the sea with lovely big windows. We didn't need to close the blinds...you could lie in bed and look out at the sky...beautiful. The bed was big and comfortable, clean, the bathroom had a good shower. Breakfast was very good, a lovely choice of breakfast menus. We stayed one night and it was perfect location wise and price wise.

We stayed in room 13 and the shower wasn't great...the first morning the water stopped completely and the following 2 mornings the pressure was terrible. The hotel needs a little tlc in places, some fairly strange decor.

The breakfast is ok. You get to choose from a couple of options with is a wider menu you can pay extra for. The staff were very helpful. The location is great for the beach, The beds were also comfortable and our room clean.
