The pool changing rooms were very messy and felt rather unclean when using them. The room we stayed in, 402, had a lot of marks on the carpet and didn't have a main light to make it easier to see things when entering the room at night. The worst thing of all was what can only be described as "waste water" from your toilets pouring our across the road which was the main entrance to your hotel. It was disgusting to be walk beside let alone the fact to HAD to walk through it as there was two drains causing the problem. It even seemed like the toilet paper was also all over the road. It really put us of returning to your hotel in the future.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring Pitlochry by foot and close enough to other areas if using car. The pool was lovely and a great experience for the younger ones in the family. The dinner meal was lovely and the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

The room was freezing on arrival at 3pm, the window had been left wide open to air the room and due to the single glazing it took ages for the room to heat up even with the window and curtains closed.

Didn’t get to breakfast as our dog was to distressed at being left alone in the room. Much prefer hotels where they have a doggy friendly dining room.

Staff didn't give us directions to get to the room which was across the road from the hotel. It wasn't very clean. There was water damage and mould on the wall. The pressure in the shower was terrible. The lights outside on the path up the hotel were broken and wabbling.

The swimming pool and breakfast was good.

Building, which was separate from the main hotel, was cold and tired. Lighting in the 2 bedrooms was poor as there was no accessible switch when coming through the door in the dark. 2 bulbs were needed replaced and reported. Bathroom heating inadequate, window didn't shut properly and was very cold at night. The electric wall digital heater panel was far too bright to leave on overnight. Directions to room numbers was non existent.

Spa facilities were great, some upgrading in the changing area required. Breakfast facilities very good.

It could do with an upgrade. The room was clean but could do with upgrading. The lounge was clean but a little shabby. The garden area could do with new Landscaping as well.

I liked the location very near to the main street. It was very quiet. The staff were very friendly.

We were going to eat dinner in the restaurant but when we walked over there we were the only people so we decided to find another restaurant. It was a shame because the menu sounded nice but we wanted people around us. The Bank House building could do with a little TLC inside re decor and furnishings.

The Scottish breakfast was nicely presented and plenty of it.

Was a bit disappointed that our bin wasn't emptied in the room each day, our tea coffee tray wasn't topped up on a day basis, but otherwise, it didn't spoil our stay.

Breakfast was lovely, staff in dining room were exceptional, considering they were extremely busy.

Although it was good to get a freebie, the shuttle service to the theatre needs to be better organised. The driver had no idea of the numbers booked and a member of staff had to drive one elderly couple down to the theatre when he failed to return to pick them up. Coming back again there were too many potential passengers and my wife and myself (we seemed fitter than the others) walked back to avoid him having to make four trips.

The staff were uniformily excellent and friendly despite often seeming to be under pressure (from shortages especially at bar/reception). Can't fault the breakfasts.

the room was very big and had lots of storage for luggage, it was clean and the facilities included were great! check in was super easy and the staff were helpful and friendly when asking questions. the location of the hotel is great for being nearby but not right on the main street and near enough shops that if you forget something it's a 5min walk.
