You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomMore attention to cleaning needed, rubbish bag left in room and confetti left around the room. Shower also needed fixing as water sprayed everywhere. No air-conditioning, although a fan was provided it was really hot in the room!
Comfortable room, nice and quiet, location was great and staff were really nice. The fan in the room was much needed as it was a really warm/sunny weekend when we stayed.

IrelandRooms need to be cleaned better. Tv in room is in a really silly location and should be moved to the back wall. Unless you enjoy the sound of a hoard of seagulls at 3.30am and find it soothing, you may be woken up. Not much the hotel could do about this though other than improve windows.
Price of room was very good. Very central location only a 10minute walk to city centre. Check in was very fast and rooms were really nicely decorated and had mostly everything you would need.

United KingdomOur room felt like a furnace in comparison to the rest of the hotel. I think it was above the boiler room so even though the weather wasn’t that hot the room really was warm. No AC but at least there was a fan in the room so it was ok for sleeping.
Stylish hotel located in a trendy part of town. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size and fairly quiet. Breakfast was not included with the room so paid a little extra and it was reasonable.

United KingdomA couple of little things didn't work, the fan didn't swivel and the room was quite hot. Room quite dark and not much storage for clothes. A couple of times key card didn't work but was quickly sorted out.
Staff were all lovely, breakfast delicious, nice room and the bed was really comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Liverpool.

United KingdomHad a slight issue with my first room and the tv, I text over to reception and they gave me a quick guide on how to attempt to fix it, that didn’t work so I was quickly changed to another bigger room, the staff were very friendly. Also had to nip downstairs for cultery and a bottle opener which wasn’t a problem! The rooms are spotless and so quirky, very clean and comfortable stay
