Only the lack of an extra surface in one of the bedrooms upstairs, for makeup and toiletries.

The apartments were ideal for a big family with spacious lounges and well-equipped kitchens. The outside space was useful. The area was very pretty.

Whenever the upstairs neighbours moved around their apartment their floor was very squeaky and it made a lot of noise, especially at night. It did wake us up after going to sleep.

A slight drip from Bath mixer tap caused a little puddle one day so we just repositioned the shower attachment. Not a problem.

We had the ground floor apartments. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts came back to us very quickly with answers to any questions. I would recommend Grundy's apartment.

We enjoyed our two night stay in this stylishly decorated apartment. It was lovely, warm and cosy. Facilities were great. Communication excellent. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway in a great location.

The apartment is gorgeous - so spacious, modern and everything you could need. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with before and during the stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Would have been nice to have a good condition frying pan - the one available has seen better days. A small non-stick would have been nice for eggs etc. The place is clean but it also smells a little musty. I guess wet hikers (and perhaps pets?) could be to blame for that! The thing that annoyed me most was the front door lock. It isn't properly aligned so takes some serious force close it enough for the bottom key to work. The top one alone doesn't seem very secure but that's the only one that was used when we initially opened the door (and for good reason based on what I just said).

The location is good - only a few minutes from the centre. It also has some nice walks nearby. The flat itself is very spacious and it has pretty much everything you will need for a self-catering trip. There is private parking too - a bit tight but fine.

We had a minor problem to get in to the apartment, our problem ( just a long queue on the motorway earlier) I did phone the lady who called me back quickly to address any problems. But there weren’t any.

The property is extremely clean and very comfortable. Owners are lovely, apartment has everything you need , very well decorated too. Hosts have even provided us with two fans as it was a very hot day when we arrived . Has private parking too, free Wi-Fi, very large bathroom and kitchen and balcony. Highly recommended. Will be back next year !

It might have been easier to have a shaving/makeup mirror in the second bedroom.

The location is superb as it is in the centre of Malvern Wells with a shop within strolling distance and very easy for walks on the Malvern Hills. The flat is extremely comfortable and well appointed with a parking space. The balcony is a great place to watch the world go by and to relax in the sun.

nothing on the owners, as we was ground floor, you can’t tell who’s going to be above you. unfortunately we had a young lad’s smoking weed and taking up the allocated parking space.
