We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Lovely room. Easy to find and great location for Newmarket. The host was really friendly. Loved the orange juice in the fridge!

United KingdomGreat personal service, owner very welcoming and helpfull. Nice and clean accommodation, good size and value. Plenty of Coffee, orange juice and a breakfast snack provided. On the morning of my departure my car had a flat battery. The owner provided assistance and let me stay in the Annexe until the AA arrived, very helpfull and understanding.

United KingdomAn absolutely fantastic find, really close to Mildenhall, where we were working, very clear instructions to get to the property and where to park. This is in a very quiet residential area. Claire was a fantastic host, she made our stay so easy (and it was only for 1 night). The Annexe was very clean, with really great furnishings and comfy beds. Plenty of room for two of us, but a family of 3 could easily stay and have plenty of space. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and will definitely book here next time. We thoroughly recommend it.

Safe and secure accommodation, which was beautifully and tastefully decorated. Everything you need including fridge and microwave. A lovely touch was the fresh milk and juice in the fridge, along with cereal bars. A high standard of furnishings and lovely bathroom. Thank you.

The microwave, beds, location and a very thoughtful host. Tea, and coffee facilities are not unusual but the microwave is and that together with other options makes the properties unique in our experience and very welcome. It is our go to location in Mildenhall.
