We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The property was lovely, the host really has thought of everything. The space really was used very well. Communication was great and we really appreciated the extra little touches such as coffee pods, milk and breakfast being provided (with lots of choice too!) We were very pleased with our stay and will be booking again.

Absolutely super stay at the Annex. Everything you could wish for. Everything was provided which you could possibly ever need. Lovely decor, super shower and very easy to use television. It was so peaceful and relaxing we would not hesitate to recommend. Great location for visiting the local area. Thank you.

United KingdomWe couldn’t get the TV to work. Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to get a couple of channels, eg the News. Great selection of cereals for breakfast and bread/spreads for toast - Thankyou. A yoghurt or piece of fruit would have been a great addition and would have made brekkie perfect for us.
Beautiful little property, very clean and smartly decorated. The design, layout and furnishings have clearly been well thought out as we had everything we needed. There’s a lovely little courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a cuppa.

First class communication with the owner prior to arrival and further contact information included in the welcome pack. United KingdomThe shower was not straightforward to use. If you’re not used to an electric shower, instructions would be useful. Neither of us could work out how to get a steady temperature, either boiling hot or freezing cold, so we gave up. There was a very noisy shutter on the toilet fan in the windy conditions which stopped us sleeping at times. This could have a backdraught shutter fitted. I felt the mattress was very spongy and might not suit a lot of people, particularly with bad backs.
