We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only complaint is regarding the kitchen supplies. It was annoying to be in a such a luxurious apartment....only to find that little things - like a handful of dishwasher tablets and a spray for the work surfaces - wasn't supplied. Also only one 'value' scourer & j-cloth were supplied. The only kitchen bin liner...was the one in the bin! At Christmas as well! Luckily only two of us, but a family would've had to depend on the local store for these basic items.
Stunning apartment & views. The bed was the best I've ever slept in. The welcome pack of Sandeman Port and sweet snacks was a lovely touch. Also the lit up Christmas tree. It really set us up for a magical stay.

United KingdomRecycling bin/bag and food waste container wasn’t provided, just a general bin. Only 1 dishwasher tablet was provided for a 4 day stay. I phoned the rental company and they came straight over with a further supply but said these weren’t usually left as it as self catering. However, this seems odd as washing up liquid, toilet rolls, shampoo, hand and body wash and lotion were all provided for the duration of the stay. It seems a false economy to withhold dishwasher tablets as some guests may leave inadequately washed items in the cupboards on departure.
The central river front location was ideal. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and warm. It was very attractively presented. The key safe on arrival was hassle free.
