No fault of the hosts....just classic Brighton parking issues. No parking on the street outside, had to park on Marine Parade some way up the seafront however it was much cheaper doing that than paying for an NCP car park overnight.

Lovely B&B. Very clean, nice big bedroom, well equipped with fridge, bottled water, iron/board, fan, i- pad, radio alarm. Very nice breakfast. Loved the quirky look of the interior, super stylish and fun. Suzi is a nice host 😊

Staff were so friendly and accommodating to every detail. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything i could need in it. I couldn't fault it and would recommend it it anyone looking for a place to stay for a couple of nights as i did.

The shower wasn’t very powerful Parking (via a permit - additional £13) was a bit tricky (we had to park several streets away)

It was very pricey for being such a small establishment.

Only one small detail: the pressure in the shower was a bit low.

The location is everything, the personalized breakfast, great playlist at breakfast, comfy bed, nice toiletries. You can make your own coffee/tea in your room, there were even cakes on our arrival and bottled water in the mini fridge. We felt like we were in a boutique hotel. Suzie is an amazing host.

Bathroom door didn't close properly. Wardrobe also doubled up as a storage cupboard.

Amazing hosts very friendly. Property was gorgeous with lots of quirky items all around the building Room was well decorated and furnished to a high standard with windows that opened completely and lovely touches left everyday of our stay little cakes biscuits etc. Another plus was a fridge and complimentary water in the room.

The shower head was too high, I’m only short.

I had the small double room. Room 2 as I was travelling on my own. Made to feel very welcome when I checked in. Only thing I will say is, please can you ask people couple of days before check in, or leave a note with a check list on the bed asking what you’d like for breakfast. As felt panic and just said big breakfast. Which was bloody amazing. I’m not used to eating so much that early! The room was spotless and had everything I needed. A fridge in a room is always a bonus.

I can’t say there is anything to dislike as for us there wasn’t, we did get woken up early one morning by the couple above us, (don’t think they realised there was people below them that’s all I would say) 😀😩

The property is so funky, everything is put together exceptionally well, the location is perfect, the host Suzy is extremely welcoming and friendly and can’t do enough for you.

I wouldn't change anything, I stayed here alone as visiting my student son and felt very safe and welcomed, you are given a key and can come & go as you please and Sue is a great host.

I loved staying here, like a home from home! Love the woman (Sue) who runs it, you really feel welcome and the breakfast is lovely. The decor is amazing, like a mini museum with all the unusual pieces, but done tastefully! Great location a bit further away from the throng, which is nice for some peace & quiet and literally across the road from the sea.

Rooms are a little small

Lovely intimate boutique hotel with the owner/manager being very visible and supportive. Rooms were immaculate and cosy with everything you need. Breakfast was stunning!

The room was on the smaller side, although still fully adequate, exceptionally clean, very stylish and very well equipped, and with very comfy beds

I would like to stay for a leisure trip but it is unaffordable for me, I could get a week abroad for a similar cost as the three night stay.

Second time there, extremely comfortable. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.
