We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We were welcomed in to the hotel by a member of staff who explained the hotel layout and gave us information to our stay. We asked about dinner in the restaurant and wheat/gluten free options . The cook and staff were fantastic help during dinner and breakfast as to wheat and gluten free options. Thank you We were shown to our room and the staff answered all our questions. The room was very clean and cozy (it was winter), heating was fantastic. The bed we found very comfortable and large. We would definitely stay here again and would look forward to a visit to the restaurant.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated to the best friendly service I've ever experienced. Our room ,along with the decor and fittings, were clean, spacious, and well equipped.. All staff were attentive to our needs and were just lovely. Our evening meal was delicious and the portion size was great. I'd definitely endorse The 1645 Inn to any traveller.

United Kingdomroom was very small and shower cubicle was the smallest I’ve ever seen, my husband dropped the soap and couldn’t pick it up with the door closed. Bed was ROCK hard, absolutely no sleep and the people in the next room we’re talking and it sounded as though they were in the room with us we could hear every word. I think it should have been advertised as a small double.

United KingdomThe shower was a very poor disabled one,which we didn't book, we booked a twin room,there was no mention of a disabled toilet.Which consisted of a chair no shower curtain,just a chair,with a very small head shower....which we didn't use .for obvious reasons .The heater only worked in the bathroom,not in the bedroom .. Next morning we had to be out of our room by 10am,which was rather early
