If not familiar with Hawick, the parking is slightly hard to find. But once you know, it’s no bother!

Clean, very well equipped flat. Every single detail has been thought of. Very generous welcome pack. Mike is helpful and approachable. Nothing too much trouble. Just excellent all round.

Everything. The extra touches were unexpected and very much appreciated. Everything was thought of and supplied. Comfortable well situated accommodation. Would highly recommend and we will be back in the future.

A very small issue when the flat was great but some of the baking trays in the kitchen were not clean and had old food left on them. Not a major issue when you have a sink and provide soap to wash up.

The apartment was lovely and very well decorated and laid out. Mike was lovely when we had to phone him for the code and was very professional. The extra items left in the hamper were amazing. The rest of the apartment had loads of great essentials in it too. It is in a great location and is good for getting about. The book provided with all the essential information was very good too and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

A great property. With everything you could want. Fantastic array of items in the welcome basket and the cupboards had everything you could need from washing up liquid to shampoo, tea, coffee, condiments everything! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in. Lovely accommodation.

It's quite small and cramped for 4 people if staying longer, was ok for short stay though.

Fun decor. Well equipped. Nice selection of goodies in the kitchen. Handy location for centre of town. Dining area in bay window fun to sit in and watch the world go by.

I have never stayed somewhere where absolutely everything had been thought of, even down to orange squash in the fridge and the amazingly well stocked snack hamper basket, exceptional.

Incredibly well appointed holiday apartment. Everything you could ask for was provided and so much more! The welcome hamper and well-stocked kitchen cupboards were much appreciated by the whole family. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well looked after. Communication with Mike, the owner, was excellent throughout. Incredible value for what is on offer. We hope to come and stay again.

Everything was amazing. Just be aware if you are unsteady on your feet (or wearing heels lol) as it is a tight stone staircase to the 3rd floor.

Excellent appartment with an amazing snack basket which was lovely. Very clean and had all the extras you could think of, even toiletries you may have forgotten, and a coffee maker with a selection of pods. We were in Hawick for a wedding and it was really central for shops/pubs as well.

What a lovely little find! As a family of 3 adults it suited us perfectly. The host has thought of everything, including cotton buds in the bathroom! Made our trip from Somerset for a funeral all the easier. Comfortable and fab location for supermarkets, town and main road access. Would recommend to anyone looking in Hawick!

The property was very welcoming and cozy. There was a welcome hamper which had crisps, biscuits and sweets which went down well with the kids. There was everything you needed for a weekend stay. We did just need clothes for our weekend, shampoo, shower gel, towels and all the little things you forget were there. We had asked for a later check out which we managed to get, Mike had also contacted us to let us know that we could stay a little later than planned which we are so grateful for. Thank you Mike.

This flat was very good for the price, exactly what we were looking for. We spent Christmas here and were able to cook a full Xmas dinner and buffet for the four of us and make it very festive. Sleeping arrangements suited us, as the sofa bed was comfortable for one, and the single room ideal for our teenage daughter. The master bedroom was comfortable and well equipped The weather was awful, sadly, so we only got one decent walk due to the storm but it was great coming back to the cozy flat to get warmed up and enjoy a lovely Boxing day film in comfort. Parking was ideal, you can see the EV chargers across the roundabout from the flat and its well serviced with decent supermarkets, pubs and cafés.

2 bedrooms ideal for us and it was comfortable. Mike was brilliant for us as he booked us in last minute 5pm on the night we stayed there. Gave us instructions how to get there and how to get in. Ideal as 2 bedrooms for our family, 2 adults and 2 young children. Mike was very very helpful and saved us a lot of hassle. Thank you so much.

Very late booking due to flooding preventing us getting to Keilder forest, near Hexam. We found this on booking.com and booked for a couple & 2 children, for 1 night and it was ideal.
