I liked it all, especially how swift the hosts were to respond with clear instructions.

The location is so easily accessible from Belfast City Centre, especially from Lanyon Place Station. The house was so clean, with a very comfortable room and lovely bathroom. It's perfect for a few nights stay at a really great rate.

Maybe state in east Belfast close to downtown. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Possibly some more hook on wall in room to hang towels etc

The main FRONT door was not very secure for East Belfast, a rough enough district of Belfast. Also guests were snibbing the lock from the inside and this could have left other guests stranded on the street. Templemore "Avenue" is really a main road, and traffic was very annoying. Although the owner offered me a back room. The door of my bedroom was also very loose, about 1 cm play. This was not very safe, if we had a stranger around or burglar. One night some guest was smoking in the downstairs, I informed the owner. The smell was really awful and dangerous too, as there were not any Smoke alarms upstairs on landing, that I could see.

A trash can in the room could be very usefull

The room was clean and there is a self check in. The position is good, 20 minute walk from Titanic quarter, 30 minute walk from the city center. There isn’t a private bathroom, but is always clean.

The pillows could have been more comfy and there was a little smell in the room when we got in - we were keeping the window open so it went away and didnt bother. It was weird that we couldnt use the kitchen for making food even though there is normal kitchen equipment in the house.

I was disappointed I could not cook in the place and the kitchen was very small along the hallway under the stairs. Also it was noisy when people were in room up above I could hear them talking and moving about.

Nothing to complain about.

- Very easy self-check in. - Very easy to get to from the train station. - Good access to public transportation. Templemore has its own bus stop so that you just have to walk a few blocks and you can jump on the Glider and head into City Centre. -Everything was nice and clean. I was traveling solo and I had a small room on ground floor. The shared bathroom isn’t shared by many people and it was always available when I went to use it. If I’m back in Belfast any time soon I will def be checking to see if this property is available.

No indication on the front of the building that it was the correct place. It looks like a normal house, so it was a little confusing when we arrived in the taxi. Not a major problem though.

We stayed on the ground floor which was conveniemt for the shared bathroom and kitchen area. We were the only room on the ground floor and did not see the guests staying on the upper floor at any time. The accommodation is small but sufficient. It is very convenient for the Titanic Quarter and Belfast city, both of which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

The place is well taken care of. Tasteful, clean and it offers everything anyone could need for a pleasant stay for a very reasonable price. The bus stop is just a minute away. Very good choice.
