We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Accomodation is lovely. Cosy, clean and warm with everything one needs. Information regarding check in times, how various things work etc from host Martin was very good. The location is perfect being near to Ludlow attractions such as Ludlow Castle.

Martin was a lovely host and the Temeside Garden House was brilliant. It's about 15mins walk from the centre along the river. The property has all of the amenities you could ask for, it's very well insulated against the winter weather and was a very comfortable stay. Martin also left plenty of information regarding local attractions and was always on hand for any advice or help.

United KingdomMartin left clear and concise instructions to obtain the keys to the property, he saw us arrive and said hello and checked all was well and he also gave us a handy and well written guide to the town and its key landmarks and attraction which came in handy. The property is a short walk to the town centre but far enough away from the traffic etc. We love coming to Ludlow and will definitely be looking to come and stay here again next time.

Very clean and bright. In excellent condition. Very comfortable. Thick fluffy towels. Bedding was super fresh smelling. Lovely shower gel. My favourite chocolates! A pint of milk and cereals plus tea or coffee for the morning. Very well equipped. On road parking right outside the property. Everything has been thought of. Also handy walk into the beautiful town.

Everything about the place was spot on. Our host was friendly and very helpful (forgot a Kindle and Martin, the owner, came and gave it to us before we caught our train). The location is only a few minutes walk from the town center.

United KingdomOnly one thing - The only place to plug a hairdryer in by a mirror was in the doorway between the bedroom & lounge which meant blocking it when using the hairdryer.
The whole apartment was very clean & well equipped, the bed & sofa very comfortable, and the shower was brilliant. We really appreciated the extra touches of - the milk, wide selection of teas & coffees, the Lindor chocolates and the shower gel. The location was very quiet.

We've been travelling for nearly 6 weeks now and we would put Temeside Garden House within the top two places we've stayed across Ireland, Wales and England. Martin is a natural host and the unit has everything you could possibly want, including a washing machine that we were able to take advantage of. The location is quiet and within easy walking distance to town.

Quiet location, but still walking distance to the town for shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Martin our host was brilliant. There were plenty of immediate replies to my questions and very good communication right from the start of our booking. The Garden House was superb, obviously no expense was spared on the contents, making it an extremely comfortable stay. Martin was the perfect host - offering advice but respecting our privacy. We had a fabulous time and would really like to visit again.
