Bed in room number 4. No top mattress on the bed. Could feel the springs when sleeping. They should invest in a top mattress to put in the room. And only one cover. And they didn't have any spare to provide.

The location was perfect for the Anfield stadium. The house was clean and comfortable with all facilities. The only small issue was pin pad for getting into the property, bit that was resolved very quickly

Automatic fan in bathroom is very loud and stays on for 20 minutes so very annoying overnight. Also don’t mention when booking that you have to pay 10 pound to use the washing machine.

Great location for going to the soccer. Kitchen facilities were fantastic. Very clean.

Nothing to complain about really.

Stayed here over the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert at Anfield as we were lucky enough to have tickets. It’s less than a 2 minute walk to the stadium and is ideal if you are going to watch the football or a concert. It was clean and modern and we had use of a fully equipped kitchen as well.

Very minor, the exhaust fan in the otherwise big, clean, modern bathroom was very loud!

Excellent choice for an Anfield game, a short walk straight down the street from the stadium. Not really a hotel, more like a self-managed B&B (we didn't see any staff, but with a time- and code-controlled electronic access to the building we didn't need to, and contact by phone and email was excellent when we added a person and had to change to a bigger rooom). Perfect as a place to stay if visiting for a game, will stay here again if I ever manage to get tickets again.

It was not worth the money, and the weird extra payment for cleaning of £45 was annoying and unexpected. That is on top of giving a £150 refundable deposit. Surely basic cleaning is included in the room rate ?? I appreciate I was not using the place as a central stay location for going to watch Liverpool ( which it is an amazingly perfect location for) so, for us £165 for 1 night in a very basic room was too much

The steep stairs to the second floor made carry suitcases upstairs abit difficult.

Excellent accommodation with helpful staff. Communal kitchen, lounge and laundry were great. Parking was easy and the location good. Very quiet area.

We did receive a lot of e-mails. Difficult communication about damage payment. But after this problem was quick solved with a telephone call.

Had to move rooms because a lock broke. the wifi in the second room was spotty, so the tv couldn't get a signal and my phone had to be near the door to get a signal.

Maintenance of the the property neat and impeccable. Very clean, only one issue was the toilet seat area quite small and did not felt at ease.

We were for the football match and a perfect place to stay with 2 minutes walk to the stadium. Good arrangements for own cooking in kitchen, felt at home.

we stayed in Room 2 where our mattress was quite lumpy and went quite flat when sat upon, or up in. it was uncomfortable when awake, that said we both still got a nights sleep. There is a green light in the ceiling near the door (assume to do with emergency lighting?) which if like us you are used to a black out room can be quite intrusive - lighting up the room with a dim green haze. It was quite expensive, but then I did book fairly last minute.

TCO’s location couldn’t be better, this property is within a stones throw of Anfield and our reason for travel was to see a game. TCO house was spotless, throughout and the bedding was of a high quality, as were the private bathrooms. The rooms also had more than enough USB ports on the sockets meaning we could just use the car cables for our phones. The kitchen and dining room were great and we decided to get a takeaway and stay in on our second night, very cosy and modern well equipped kitchen and dining room. The visitors parking permit was a great addition to the stay and meant we didn’t have to park miles away and walk to the property we parked directly outside. The hosts were great and always have a fast response.

Never been in a place like this before, but it's an extremely good concept. The house was exceptionally clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

The cleaner didn't come close to getting all the hair off the floors and the owner wants no shoes in the house so my socks were covered in other people's hair. Yuck. There were a couple of dead rolly polly type bugs and the trash cans were too small even for a two day stay. Shower needs shelving which could be found on Amazon for $10-15. Don't bother trying to get any kind of info on where to go or where to eat. They just don't care. The bed and esp the pillows were insanely uncomfortable and painful by morning. The second night we used our plane neck pillows instead because they were so bad.

You really can't beat the location if you are in Liverpool for LFC
