Loved it, great stay at an affordable price

The kids beds were comfier than the adults bed, and I just think there could be a bit more on the top park area for children! Especially in the summer, it would just make it that bit better for family’s with kids! especially because it’s a site that comes up when you add children on!

Didn't like the fact that the WiFi is not free and the charge is £5 per day. Even my kids said McDonald's has free wifi. Our stay was Friday to Friday and my kids had planned to complete some of their homework on one evening, so I had to pay for them to be able to do this. The park needs to write this clearly on their page under facilities available stating what the cost for wifi is as at the moment it says free wifi but this is not the case. Also be aware there is nothing in the park for kids to do e.g evening entertainment, swimming pool etc. You will have to leave the park to find this elsewhere. There is a small wooded path you can take a walk, but we found this littered with dog poo. The small park available as children's play area could do with some TLC as grass was overgrown and an upgrade of equipment is needed as seemed to only cater for toddlers.

The location is superb if looking to get away from it all as the area is very remote and quiet with stunning views. The staff are lovely and ready to help. Big thanks to Samantha at reception and the maintenance guy Allan, great customer service with a smile, nothing was too much for them. Our caravan was a good size and comfortable for all 4 of us. The bed was so comfy. Had welcome tea, coffee and milk available on arrival.

There was a rip in the sofa and the covers did need a good clean apart from that everything was spotless

Whilst there is a restaurant on-site it is a shame that there is no shop on-site for those little forgotten items or even better to provide local meats, cheese, vegetables maybe in conjunction with the nearby farm shop for example just to give it that authentic welsh offering. I went with my daughter (7) she loved the hot tub and views but there are no other facilities for children although I don't think its a site really for that purpose as it is delightfully relaxing. There is a small toddlers playground but it is very worn and I'm sure with a bit of wood and screws they could have a much better looking play area which would be more fitting for this site as it is gorgeous and despite these minor things I would definately return. Be warned that not all the caravans are pet friendly and some 3rd party booking sites don't highlight this clearly enough. There are pet friendly ones so just check prior to booking but staff were fabulous in sorting this out for us.

Stunning views, well kept site. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The site isn't within walking distance of ammenties as such however there is a farm shop just further down - 2 minutes drive and Tesco supermarket nearby - 5 minutes drive. Was a great drive and no traffic taking the scenic route from the site to Zip world. The views and hot tub sold this site with the caravan that we had - it was spotless and so relaxing. This site had a secure exit and 24 hour security.

In one room we had lots of bugs on the first night which we had to clean out ourselves. The bedrooms are extremely small - don’t visit with people you’re not very comfortable with as there is absolutely no privacy at all. Nowhere within walking distance.

Lovely scenery, very pretty place to stay. Staff were warm and welcoming and helpful to provide information. Lovely amenities on site with good food at the restaurant at a reasonable price and amazing spa which we had to ourself at times - not too busy at any time we went. Good location close to beaches and shops, only a short drive away. Caravan was small but comfortable. Really lovely little getaway and would definitely recommend. Good value for money.

Staff were extremely hospitable, especially the lady at reception and the gentleman who is responsible for maintenance. Value for money, and the caravan was clean and well equipped. Free use of the spa and gym which was a bonus. Lovely meal at The Cliff which was reasonably priced. Beautiful views to top it all off!

The parking was tight next to the caravans and was a bit tough to reverse park especially with rear wheel drive on wet grass Hill.

The views and location where beautiful, not much for kids to do but we was out most the day anyway. But would definitely go back.

Only down side was bedroom size , very tiny. Not comfortable. And can't do late night chats, and fun, always neighbours were coming out in windows to tell us to low down, we were on holidays with kids and not here to just keep quiet and sleep.

Wi-fi was down on the last day. We reported to reception this issue because after we've called to sort the issue with the provider, nothing happened.

Everything was very good just on the last day the wi-fi was down. We have tried to call on the phone number displayed, but the guy told us he must speak with his colleagues, and they will sort out the issue but never did. Apart from this everything was very good and we will be happy to book again. Thank you

Only downside of the caravan was ours was right next to the refuse area. There was a wall so we couldn't see it though. The play area could do with a few more things in it for kids as it was quite basic, but overall no complaints really.

Comfortable caravan with beautiful views. Little boy loved looking for the sheep! There was plenty of space for us and our 2 year old, including a patio area. Staff very friendly, especially the maintenance guys who offered to let my little boy sit in their gator vehicle as he loved it! The staff in the bar/restaurant were also very friendly. However this was closed for 2 days of our stay.

Minor points and they didn't affect our stay or our opinions. The windows to open and close were quite stiff, a bit of WD40 would solve this. The bed mattress was quite hard, but personal preference. A cabinet in the bathroom would be useful to put toiletries in especially if in full occupancy.

Location, Accommodation, Staff and Restaurant were great and made the stay. We would recommend to friends and family.

The restaurant was a beautiful restaurant but the food was very below par. We had read good reviews but my meal was over cooked, and from a freezer store. My husbands food was so hard that it had been re heated and was too chewy to eat. The restaurant staff were lovely though.

The park staff were so friendly. The accommodation was fully equipped and very clean. The park was well kept and relaxing.
