Get what you pay for I guess but… Extremely basic. No welcome pack with basic info on the site, operation of tv / cooker / shower etc. no info on local amenities or the site itself. Tired old caravan. Decor was in need of updating. Lick of paint. Shower would only get warm but it was warm enough to use. Taps got hot though. Mattresses well past their best. I bought a mattress topper as it was uncomfortable.

    Location was great.

The carpet had a burn or stain which was disappointing and carpet was very thin. Cleanliness of the caravan could be improved. The mattress was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. The smell of damp in every both rooms. Curtains could be do with being replaced missed hooks not sitting right. The inside of the caravan could do with a complete overhaul inside to bring it up to standards. Could do with a picnic sitting area to eat food outside. The oven was very temperamental to get the gas to stay on. Really sorry to leave such negative feedback, I am afraid I wouldn't say here again.

The location was good. The table layout was a nice touch. The caravan was lovely and wide. The main bedroom was a great size.

Not really clean caravan, we found sticky oven, stinking fridge and sofa, under mattress a lot of dirt, the floor not clean properly, oven not working, bathroom just smells full of bleach but not clean and hygenic at all

Great location with beautifull surrounding landscapes and not far from lovely beaches Good bar & restaurant service

Wasn't immaculately clean, bed mattress not comfortable and oven didn't work. Shower hot but poor pressure. Had problem with TV network but host response was quick. No information left to help with anything.

Could park outside. Location good. Reasonable value for money. Quiet. Free WiFi.

The bathroom was not the best. There was a hole in the floor, the toilet was loose and the shower leaked more out of the hose than the actual shower head.

Apart from the bathroom the caravan was cosy.

It would have been nice to find soap, dishwashing liquid and a spare roll of toilet paper in the caravan. The toilet was fixed at the back and it did not feel very stable. There was still mould on the back of the curtains and you can see that the caravan is just old as the photos here also show.

Great location close to the best spots of the lizard. Well equipped with toaster and microwave and very spacious. The caravan was not as unclean as all the earlier comments suggested. No fly problem, a working lighter for the stove was provided and the heaters worked. It can be seen that they tried hard to get it clean. The photos show condition of caravan very realistic. No need to check-in at reception. As we were told before arrival by the owners we went straight to the caravan and found keys in keybox.

Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Unfortunately it is very near the RNAS base and the night we stayed there were helicopters hovering overhead, which kept our children awake. There was no gas switched on when we arrived and had to do that before we could cook. The ground around the caravan was very boggy after it had rained.

My girls loved it as it was an adventure. It was near the coast, but we were only there for one night.

They didn't provide towels and the beds are spring mattresses and you could feel every single thing in your body. Very uncomfortable beds. The place itself apart from the beds and that it was really cold because the weather didn't help in April, was nice.

Little bit old caravan but was cosy. We had to speak with the cleaner because there was an issue and the man was really nice, helpful, he live the caravan really clean. It is really close to lots of beautiful places.

We wasn’t given a caravan number- just a key safe code. I wasn’t aware that the caravan was a private owned one which is why reception struggled to find my booking Unfortunately there was an infestation of flies that just kept coming back no matter how many times we would get them out or spray fly killer (we had no choice) we had no idea where they were coming from. Two of the windows didn’t shut properly either. The cooker wouldn’t light and the lighter provided for it was out of gas. Me and my nan are non smokers so didn’t have a lighter so we couldn’t use it. The remote for the TV was temperamental. The bins are located just across the road to the caravan. The bedrooms were cold even with heaters on.

That the general manager sorted this out as quickly as possible. The caravan was lovely with a large double room and small room. Bedding was already on the bed and it was well presented and clean. The fire place was lovely! The shower was perfect temperature. The facilities and staff on the site were perfect! There was a freezer in the caravan instead of a washing machine.

    1. The floor was cleaner when we left than when we came ( have a word with your cleaner) I had to even wash the lounge table. 2. You need a holder for the knives and forks it keeps them cleaner 3. The bed springs where coming through the bed either a new one required or a very good mattress topper 4. I suggest you leave a cheap hoover in there and some cleaner stuff. 5. The hot water kept going out 6 couldn’t turn the heater off in the bathroom ( your cleaner should have told you) costing you a fortune I was so disappointed and oh it smelt so foustey

The location was lovely, nice shower and space

Nothing.. Property full of mould and unsafe to stay in. We staid in the van for one night then booked another accommodation for the rest of our holiday. Would highly recommend gutting the property… ripping everything out and getting it refitted. Other than that maybe expire the caravan and think of a new one…

    Caravan from yesteryear

We did not like the Mold in the caravan, the children's finger marks left on the windows from the previous occupants, the sock left in the cupboard in the kitchen, the dampness of the caravan. I have been a caravaner for years as a child growing up and never have i seen a caravan in such a state, in fact this morning whilst loading the car and my daughter was having her shower the drainage pipe was leaking from under the caravan, the mattress in the main bedroom does not have any strength left in it, so when you lie down you go straight to the base of the bed, also whilst sitting on the loo i opened the window for obvious reasons and the guy in the caravan next door who looked over at me mouthed to me 'Good Morning' and without thinking i mouthed back the same, then realized i was sitting on the loo having a poo !!!

The Caravan park is close to the Lizard however not close enough to walk, might be ok to walk to Mullion though

The curtains were extensively permeated with mold. The air would likely carry the mold spores if open the window. Even the electrical outlet and the area around the bed in the room were surrounded by mold, causing not only disgust but also adversely affecting my breathing, particularly at night. Since my visit to this caravan, I've found myself trapped in an unpleasant situation due to the overwhelming presence of mold. This environment is entirely unsuitable for children. I chose to book this accommodation solely based on its listing on booking.com, as I had trust in the platform. Otherwise, I would have never even considered reserving such a place, and I am unable to ethically recommend it to others. I have attached some photos.

Upon arrival the smell of the caravan was foul on another level, until further investigation found mould in every corner of all rooms. After delays we didn’t arrive until 10pm so couldn’t properly see how vile the caravan was until the morning, after an awful nights sleep on the most uncomfortable and damp beds I got in contact with the owner of the caravan after the resort couldn’t do anything with it being a private booking! The owners reply was ‘I’m out the country get in touch with booking.com, apologies’. We booked for a 3 night stay for a family funeral and was going to make the weekend of it but with myself being 36 weeks pregnant we stayed 1 night attended the funeral and had to drive 8 hours home again because this caravan was simply unliveable.

Property was on a beautiful resort, however the private caravan landlady is uninterested in any concerns!
