The tea/coffee, sugar and milk should have been topped up on a daily basis and this wasn't the case. Pillows too soft and flat when lying on them. The air conditioning for heating the room wasn't brilliant as it only came on when the temperature was right.

The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice to eat. It was good that you could get your own drinks. The room was adequate for what we wanted. Very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft.

No sleep ended up paying for another night as was to tired to make the journey home

Booked through your self arrived at destination to find the booking was nearly twice the price which I ended up paying and then to be kept awake till 5.30 am with someone causing a problem on our level!!!

Pillows were far too soft and I couldn’t sleep well. The shower wasn’t working properly and temperature of water changed constantly from cold to boiling hot. They need some plumber work there.

Big room, we’ll set up for business with a great desk and chair, beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Gym and swimming pool looked great, we didn’t use them but they look proper. Heater was working very well.

No housekeeping for the whole 3 day stay. Breakfast not as good quality as last time I stayed here. Another family staying at hotel at same time were constantly loud and rude to restaurant staff which made it unpleasant to be there.

I stayed for two nights with my family. The first morning, breakfast was good, and the items offered were neat. However, on the second morning, it was evident that things were a little different. The buffet was not so organised. The bacon was undercooked, and some items didn´t look as good as on the first morning.

I liked the hotel. It was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The bed was good. The room was a decent size for a family of four. The gym is well equipped as well. The main reason for travelling was to get away with kids. And the swimming pool for the kids was the highlight. They enjoyed the swimming pool, and the hotel was kid-friendly - no 'funny schedule' for kids to be allowed in the pool. This is something that will make me come back.

Coffee at breakfast time was absolutely awful, and you were charged extra to have a decent coffee ordered at the table and made at the bar. I think this is the 1st time I have had to pay extra for an individual coffee (not from the machine) to be made as part of my breakfast.

The shower ran hot & cold, and the non-slip grips in the bath were tatty & and missing, making the bath look dirty

The cleanliness at the hotel could have been better! The bathrooms were dated and needed refurbing. The food options on the menu were limited.

Breakfast was decent. The hotel reception was grander than the rooms itself. The staff were welcoming but may be overworked. The amenities were alright, we made use of the indoor pool both days and that was alright.

The bathtub metal fixtures were a little worn & mildew, and the bathroom doors did not close properly.

The staff were the best part about the hotel. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the waffles for breakfast.
