Lack of parking was a minor inconvenience for loading and unloading, but the recommended car park, c. 8 mins walk away, was great, easy to find, long term stay

We were two couples and the apartment was perfect for our short break in Bath. It had everything we needed, it felt bright and airy and was very clean. The location was excellent for accessing the city and despite being on a fairly busy road we had no problem with noise. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly and all the instructions were clear. We parked in Charlotte Street which was a few minutes away on foot. Would definitely recommend.

I asked to check in early a few weeks before and this request was denided, i understand it is discretion but with check out being at 10.00am, its alot of money for such a small amount of time in the actual apartment. The apartment was also very cold, we all slept with jumpers and extra blankets on us. The instructions said the heating was on timed and I do appreciate the cost of energy is high, but it doesnt allow you to extend the heating or turn up the heating. It just made the stay abit uncomfortable on a cold February evening.

Only comment we have is the beds. The main bedroom mattress is very springy & as soon as someone slightly moves, it wakes the other person up. Be perfect if there was only one in the bed. Our son slept in the second smaller room & he mentioned he could feel some of the springs.

The location was amazing - a few minutes walk to the centre. It’s a beautiful city with quirky little shops & nice restaurants. A small convenience store just over the road for milk. Modern & clean and easy access into the apartment.

FYI - No parking at the property. You park in a public carpark approximately 10 mins away. No issues for us at all.

The location is central Bath, away from hustle and bustle of shops, bars & restaurants. Very quiet inside the apartment, although on a busy road. Host was quick to respond to any questions that I had.

It’s not what I didn’t like, it’s just that I would suggest checking time to be at 3 pm and check out time to be at 11 am

It was like home away from home, which was exactly what I was looking for. The location is excellent, 10 minutes away from the centre of everything.

The only thing was the parking but we managed this the most economical way.

Perfect location for a stay in Bath. Just a few minutes walk into Bath. Great apartment, the kitchen was small but we used the facilities and make breakfast etc without issues. The place is decorated really nice and had a lovely feel to it. We only had one working heater in the communal area which Michelle had offered to come and look at but we were at spa morning but it was fine for a weekend visit . I suggest looking at car parks in the area that offer overnight stays for £1.50 and others close by is £15 for 25 hours, we just moved the cars and this worked our cheaper.

Absolutely nothing!

Location was excellent. Lovely and clean. Booking was easy and communication from owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Two bedrooms are very unequal. One is a good size with a double bed while the second one is very small with a very small double bed. So if you are going as two couples, it is not easy to decide who has which room. Also the towels are quite small and rather old. No hand towels at all.

Super clean centrally located apartment. Easy to find with very clear instructions. Despite being so close to all the shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants, it was so quiet. Lovely little welcome pack with teas coffees and biscuits in the kitchen, too. Parking was an easy, short walk away.

Take note of the following: No parking as the location was next to the street. One bin only - we were not sure about where to dispose of the recycling. Noisy neighbour the following day - we wanted a long lay in the morning but we slept late.

The location was close to the city centre. Very convenient to roam around and see the best places in Bath. We truly enjoyed our stay, it was clean and the host helped us with our questions. Highly recommended!

Maybe a microwave, but I read the description before-hand so just bought other things I could prepare on the hob or in the oven. So no biggie...just a convenience thing.

Liked that the apartment both internally (with regards other residents in other neighbouring apartments) and externally (with regards the road etc) as it was quiet. I stay in Bath a LOT and know how hard it is to find accommodation so close to the hub of Bath town centre which is restful. I also liked having a good sized table with dining chairs to work from (and eat at) in the evenings, and even though travelling on my own this time, it is good to see an apartment that actually has enough comfy chairs to cater for its maximum capacity (again often not the case in other places I have stayed). I also need to mention Michelle, the host who was just lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, she even arranged for the heat timings to be adjusted in advance, to suit my early working days. Thanks Michelle, I do hope to return.

The staff was not polite, very rude, we booked for last mins for 2 adult, and changed with kids, we paid extra costs but accused with another property damage, but I have a video all area when I left the property was in good condition before I left the key inside. Owner yelled Scumbag at me with kids

The apartment was cold most of the time, the fuses had been taken out of the radiator in the bathroom and the living room. The tv was a pain to watch normal tv. The apartment door could do with a new lock which you can lock from the inside.

Nothing, everything was great!

Lovely flat, location is amazing – right on the doorstep of everything. It’s a first-floor apartment so has nice high ceilings and the communal areas to the building were well maintained. A very comfortable and cozy place and clean – the bed linen was nice. Nicely decorated, especially the master bedroom which was very spacious. NetFlix is available on the TV and the free WiFi was fast and reliable. The kitchen had everything you need for a short stay - we cooked breakfast easily as it was stocked with good equipment. Everything was wonderful. We would highly recommend .
