Only down side was I got a parking ticket when I was parked outside while unloading my car and popping to the shop. No notification that outside the building it's permit holders parking only

Downstairs played very loud music, unable to sleep until after 12pm

Interior was modern ,clean and fresh. Cooker could be improved. Exterior needs freshening up,first impressions count!!!!

Don't forget to ask the host for ticket to park the car outside, I didnt do the 2nd day and next day had a bad surprise 😅

Host very helpful and sincere, room very spacious and great for a few days. The kitchenette has everything you need, is just great a great small little flat for a few days. Clean enough.

downside would be parking as I didn’t know last time when visiting. I didn’t receive any parking ticket first time assuming it’s free to park because you cannot buy a ticket nor park anywhere which allows you too. Second time lead to me receiving a parking ticket but the description when booking did state “free parking” when picking out the listing of rooms. I don’t blame the host due to my lack of understanding but it’s not free parking and I don’t know how you could possibly park without having a permit so to keep in mind.

I loved everything about the property even the host being extremely reasonable and quick with replies. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the studio room nor host, second time booking as it was amazing last time.

Parking was uncomfortable. I couldn't find anywhere 'legal' to park that I was happy to leave the car so only used the flat 8pm-8am when I could park in permit spaces. I read off street parking to mean there was somewhere off the road to park.....not that I would have to park several streets away on the pavement or upsetting neighbour's by "taking their spot".

Really comfortable, clean and quiet. Bed was REALLY comfortable 🙂 Very clean and well kept. Very quiet overnight. Windows front and back so lots of cool air over a couple of very warm nights. Overall a really pleasant place to stay.

Hard to get parked

Couldn't access sky when we wanted as not enough boxes/rooms available and sky kept dropping out. No teaspoons.

Room was ideal, clean an sufficient for our purposes. Bed was comfortable but pillows not quite so, however that is a personal preference only.

WiFi was a little bit spotty, but usable.

Very cosy, clean, comfortable, spacious, extremely equipped and quiet apartment. Highly recommended for your stay as it is great value for money. Kitchen had everything you needed. Spare everything incase you forgot something of your own.

The only things I think I noticed that I thought should be picked up on was that was there was no hand wash left in the bathroom and there was no washing up liquid so struggled to clean up after using the facilities in the kitchen.

Perfect for a couple that needed all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Lovely decoration, fixtures and fittings. Ideal location for us as we were in the area for a football match at Gillingham Football Club.

There was some issue with the key not being in the key box and the cleaner had to let me in . The UHT milk pots were out of date , which I only found out when I put one in my coffee.

Lovely top floor studio flat. Well provisioned and excellent location. It was spotlessly clean and modern. Parking is available directly outside the property between 8pm and 8am otherwise you will have to park in an adjacent street.
