We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo parking. It is difficult to find parking nearby, we had to park in the Victoria Shopping centre that is about a 10 minute walk away.
Lovely place in an excellent location. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included, which was freshly cooked to order. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

United Kingdom(Twin room 205) Unfortunately we were on the top floor so lots of stairs. The room was clean and ample tea and coffee but it not as modern as the other floors and felt a little cold. Toilet was loose (moved when you sat down) and shower door hanging off and the handle was broken (we did let housekeeping know). Plenty of towels and hot water though. Only one of the beds had a side table and lamp so with one bed being on the other side of the room that guest is not able to read should they want to.
Nice hotel and staff. Situated near the tram station and pier. Modern bright communal areas - food and drinks served through the day. Parking (if available) was free outside on the street and there were carparks nearby. Great breakfast.

Excellent location close to excellent restaurants and sea front. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout and very welcoming. Every member of staff we met did their very best to help when problems arose and were really friendly.. excellent value for money and perfect for our group. Breakfast was really well cooked and served. Plenty of free parking nearby.

Great location, friendly staff, nice room , we would definitely return as we we ve not stayed before. The guys on reception were welcoming and informative. The lady in the dining room was lovely and the breakfast was 10 out of 10!
