No lift working. Downstairs toilet out of order. Corridors needed a hoover. Very outdated and decor not good. Furniture scruffy.

The room and bathroom was clean. Had kettle in room. Seaview was lovely. Staff where friendly. Near to everything.

The tv didn't work, and despite reporting, it was not looked at. (Think it was just as simple as the batteries needing changing in the remote) The toilet seemed to be leaking as every time it was flushed they was a pool of water around the bottom. The coffee supplied was very bitter, and we were not stocked back up with milk, so we could only have one drink. Could have done with a hand towel as well as a bath towel. No soap was supplied for hand washing, despite saying toiletries were included. Black out curtains would have been better, the one's that were on the room let a lot of light in.

The beds were very comfortable with good quality bedding. Lovely sea views. Good value for money Good central location The room was very warm and cozy.

Room should have been checked more thoroughly not a bad hotel but cleaning clearly not up to much kids loved it

Room size was great but on arrival someones old takeaway and dirty towel was left in the room and there wasn't any toilet tissue in the bathroom.

No bath in family room although stated that there was one, family room on stairwell so kept awake by the guests in the bar (that was closed at 8.30pm but open all night) and going up and down stairs till 5am. Dangerous electric Plug sockets got very hot when used so didn't watch TV or brew up. Sea view room was so dirty you could not see through it. Fell in a hole through the carpet on 2nd floor and lift out of order

The windows was not clear to see out of and the carpet on the stairs was unsecured and uneven floors throughout the building

It's a little run down but for what we paid we couldn't complain.

The staff were really nice and the room was clean. Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room. We had a good 2 night stay.

No hand soap was provided in the bathroom. One day we woke up and the bathroom floor was very wet. You can hear a lot from the room next door but this is to be expected so not really a problem

Room was much better than expected having read previous reviews. We were greeted nicely on arrival and given our room key. The room was clean, bedding was clean. Towels were provided as well as tea and coffee. I enjoyed the sea view. I stayed for three nights and had a pretty comfortable sleep.

For me it was too far towards the south pier. I prefer nearer central or north but that's just my preference.

Fine for a low cost overnight stay. Decent size room. Comfortable beds. Ample tea and coffee. Lots of plug sockets. Full length mirror for getting ready. Mainly clean, although strange clump on side of bath that looked like a build up of hair and soap gunge

Dated room , bit of a pain with disorganised parking , no milk for morning coffee , , no information in room on what to do if needed a member of staff during the night , but of noise from.people coming in late .

There was no lift at the property as was broken. Plus was no told the front door needs a fob to get in. As I find it difficult in getting around and climbing stairs it was not for me.

No toilet roll in the room, no towels when we got there so we had to go down to ask for them, no milk in the room so we couldn't have tea or coffee, dirty cups, sold cans of beer at the bar instead of draught.

The location was good and on the beach front. Beds were comfortable.

The rooms ain’t the cleanest the pillows had a damp smell. Struggled sleeping as only had one pillow each. No toilet papper on arrival had to ask for this item to be put in room to fine out after being out all day there still want any put in room. The overall look from out door you can see that it’s struggling and been hit hard like many across the sea front. But a good window cleaner and som brightening up can make a huge difference

There wasn’t much to like. You can see that this is a hotel that is struggling from covid times. Its out dated needs modern update doing to the property. Staff very friendly you can see there trying there best. They should utilise there entertainment centre better and open there kitchen up with a very good chef and pull people of the streets as the property has huge potential just the facilities not used correctly can be a huge gold mine.

This could be a really good place too stay with a bit of effort and money spent on it . Upon entrance is a bit of a run down reception area and the hallway leading too your room needs abit of tlc let's say ie carpet hoovered freshened . The room was basic clean bedding but old bed with a wonky headboard but still I had a good 😴 sleep television in room with ample channels . If u want a budget room then go for it as it will do for 1 or 2 nights . .

Cannot fault location and for 10 pounds you can leave your car parked really as long as you require .friendly staff and owner very welcoming .
