It's a bit run down the walls were extremely thin could hear everything from our very loud and obnoxious neighbours

I found the room a bit hot and stuffy. The quilt was very thick. This might suit some people who feel the cold.

Great hotel. Really enjoyed the entertainment on Monday evening. Ant and Dave were great.

I wasn't happy about the parking charges, £36 for 3 nights, I thought it was free.

We had a fabulous stay many years ago and were disappointed as the hotel now looks tired and in need of care. Breakfast was crowded with many coach parties and we would have not have chosen this hotel had we been aware of this.

The view and surroundings were beautiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Indoor pool facility at hotel was a little tired although clean

Had to move rooms after the first night due to a constant droning noise, the lady on reception was fabulous and allowed us to check out several different rooms. Some other members of staff were a bit miserable and not overly friendly

The Sunday lunch was lovely. The bed was lovely and comfortable. Balcony and view were incredible.

Lovely hotel with great facilities and the room was comfortable (terrible view of crates of laundry though). Only stayed 1 night, any longer I'd have asked for a different room. We were near to the pool and there was a droning / fan sound from nearby, all night, and doors banging as we were right next to the door to the corridor. Got very little sleep due to all the disturbances.

Pool area looked like it needs a good clean. Beds where very hard and mattress could do with being replaced.

We booked three double rooms. We were aware one room was slightly better than the other two. We thought the other two rooms were not represented in any of the photos; also thought they were small.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Good selection of breakfasts. Clean. Bathroom was good with plenty of hot water.

Lack of information regarding hotel facilities. Staff unaware of when their own eateries were open. Lack of training on how to serve in bar. Limited fresh fruit at breakfast

The hallways could do with a decor update, there was dried up phlegm behind curtain, lots of dust on top of wardrobe. Had to pay £24 for parking "because we booked through Booking.com". Our car was completely blocked in when we tried to leave. Had to come back 5 hours later. Sauna turned off while we were inside (lights included). Some hallway carpets rotting.

The view was stunning, the room was modern and well-equipped. Breakfast was nice. The general vibe of the hotel was traditional seaside hotel. Had a "The Shining" feel which I personally loved.

Noise we were on the top floor very noisy with wind and people outside. Would have been better with just a shower, would need updated not by much advertising for things going on hotel would have been good live band there at hotel went into town to find exactly that 😡.. A nice place I would book again x

Breakfast was extra&had to pay extra for parking I think it was expensive enough without extras🤔could have been better if we had a sea view but I guess that would have been extra😪

The bathroom was nice& spacious tho the shower was annoying until you figured it out🤣beds were comfy shame about the view😪

breakfast was cheap and cheerful, quality was ok at best, but it was plentiful.

Room was dated , but well to our liking and the fridge was a lovely surprise, unfortunately it did not get all that cold. Balcony was awesome

The room decor was basic and a bit dark. The bed mattress had a dip in the middle and was very soft. However the room was spacious and very clean with a great view so we were very happy with it overall

The View from our balcony was exceptional! ( room name Zara) We paid a bit extra for it and the view was worth it. The room decor was basic but it was very clean and we had a good night sleep as there was no noise. Bathroom was clean and a good size. Aircon unit worked really well. Overall very pleased ( we didn't use the hotel facilities but they looked ok)
