It would have been nice to have a little welcome pack, maybe a bottle of milk and a loaf of bread. This seems to have been standard at other cottages I have stayed at.

Location was excellent and close to all village amenities.

Super narrow access street. Arrived in heavy rain, definitely some breath holding moments navigating the tight turning space into the parking bay

Nice and close to centre. Choice of eating options and little gift shops Owner provided a very in-depth guide on getting to location.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay with most village facilities within walking distance.

En-suite shower room bit small and dated with noisy extractor fan. Mismatched wine glasses, generally 4 or 6 of other types. Rotary linen line was found to be broken when needed, however a quick phone call to host gave access to a clothes horse and airer which provided a temporary solution.

Very comfortable generally well equipped property. Secure sunny back garden for toddler to explore and adults to relax in. Secure off road parking, able to accommodate one estate and a small saloon, although access is tricky if 2 vehicles are to be parked, it needs a second person to direct driver. Very nice to have a separate dining room for evening meals and kitchen for family breakfasts. Main shower room with walk in shower very good. Good walks from village. Visits to local rugby club (Wharfedale RUFC) and cricket club provided friendly and pleasant way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We were unable to access the WiFi. The shower in the ensuite was broken but we were told about this and it wasn't a problem. The outside light above the step was broken, a potential hazard. The microwave was located in the cupboard above the oven which we felt was dangerous.

The location was very nice, only a short walk from a lovely village and within easy reach of beautiful countryside. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

Very dated,no TV in the bedrooms. Got into a dispute with one of the neighbour's over where I had left a very heavy garden wheely bin (only followed the instructions given). Not happy about being part of the bin rota twice.

The location is perfect, very central to the village

Very blunt kitchen knives (bread knife in particular). Last time we came there was a tray with some tea bags and milk on the kitchen table when we arrived, but alas not this time, which was a small shame. Also last time we came there was a dishwasher, which was no longer there. A lot of the items in the kitchen (cutlery, glassware) seemed a little grubby and needed to be washed before we used them.

Great location, cosy property. Good size for 6 guests. Love the aga.

Parking is difficult and only room for one car, however we found a spot in the square nearby. Hot water was not hot, our showers had to be taken quickly, before the water ran cold. No dish washer or washing machine.

Excellent location in the centre of the town. Cottage was clean and very comfortable. Small but beautiful garden, a real sun trap the end of the day.
