We were only there for 3 nights in that time we had no electricity and water over night 2nd night and the same again the next night for couple of hrs, Mia did her best to sort everything out promptly and was always available.... but because there is no one on site over night it didn't really help.. on site it says there is a bar, well there is one but it is not in use!! Disappointing that when you book it says there are on site facilities that aren't there...

The decor was not my style it looked a little dated but in all fairness that's just my personal opinion but someone else will like it.

The caravan was surprisingly spacious and clean inside we were able to park our car right in front of the Caravan I would definitely return.

There’s not a lot to complain about only that the steps to enter/ exit the caravan on the left side are really unsuitable as they rock about when going up/ down them and luckily I’m over 6ft but for someone any smaller would struggle to go down them as the first step out of the caravan is a good distance away, I would certainly recommend changing them to save an accident. Also the toilet is a pain as it doesn’t really like to flush, so you end up spending half an hour keep revisiting the bathroom to attempt to flush it.

Location is brilliant with being directly between Skegness and ingoldmells 😁 the beach is right on your doorstep and the site having its own pub.

There were 5 of us (1 adult 4 children). Firstly the caravan hadn’t been cleaned, or if it had it wasn’t done very well. On entry there was a musty smell. There was rubbish in each room, dirty cloths left , grubby sides, filthy oven etc. Other than the oven (see in pics) I could rectify the other cleaning within an hour. The oven was un doable. There also weren’t enough utensils/pans/plates etc for all of us to use at once. We were unable to open the kitchen window as the lock was smashed/broken. We struggled water wise. If one person showered there wasn’t any more hot water to even wash up let alone for anyone else to shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The springs in the main bedroom are very lumpy/sharp to lay on. The mattress on the living room pullout isn’t fit for purpose as it’s so thin and worn. There were holes in carpets and scuffs etc but they could be attributed to the age of the caravan. We left after only 3 nights as the water and sleeping issues became too much. We would have left sooner if able to. I did try to email/make contact but to no avail.

the boiler didn’t work when we got there. the man in the office the day after fixed it and at 1am the morning after the carbon monoxide alarm went off and we had to call emergency services and gas man condemned boiler. gas leak. so we didn’t have hot water or heating for 3 days. holiday from hell.

I had problem with key code box and the site maintenance man Chris came right over. I honestly can't fault our holiday stay.

It was a lovely clean caravan everything you needed was there .Netflix ,WiFi . I will definitely stay there again. Lovely friendly owner answered all my questions. ************ On site shops

The whole caravan couldn’t have been any more worse. One entrance the steps are held up by breeze blocks, the other entrance has a step missing and is very loose. The main bedroom has black mould growing on the ceiling - every morning I’ve woken up with feeling I have a cold coming. You can smell a horrendous smell from the damp and the mould in the bathroom where carpet tiles have been laid and doesn’t dry. The toilet is also temperamental where it doesn’t flush properly. The temperature tap in the shower is very temperamental - I struggled to get the right temperature for my kids to have a shower as it was constantly boiling hot. There is also an end missing on the temperature tap of the shower. Inside The kitchen cupboards smelt damp. There is mould on the nets on the lounge. The whole caravan needs a revamp, very out dated and needs to be weather and damp proof which it clearly isn’t. The radiator by between the lounge and kitchen is falling apart. Comes apart when you walk past it. I wouldn’t recommend this place. We spent most of our time out just so we didn’t have to stay in here. Very very disappointed.

No WIFI at all so description was incorrect so we should be refunded some money. No washing line and pegs essential to hang up beach towels and beach clothes. Only 3 breakfast bowls, only 1 saucepan but 3 lids? only 1 very small oven pan so had to cook meal for kids and our self in 3 sessions. Back step to caravan very unsteady so had to keep children away from it. Clubhouse very rough looking not welcoming at all. No play area for children.

It was a quiet site, the caravan was clean and you were able to park outside your caravan.
