Slightly dated property but then what do you expect for the exceptional price charged

Slightly dated but great value. Just outside the town, on the main road to the M40 so quick and easy to get to LHR. No bar facilities but that is not a game changer, the price was exceptional when you consider that if you were closer to Heathrow you could pay up to 3 x more for accommodation and have to pay for parking as well. This place had free parking.I would stay again!

The size of the room, the condition of the linen provided, and the lack of hangers in the wardrobe to hang your clothes. odd items of furniture.

The location and that it has free parking space. Other than that, it is a cheap small place that could with some TLC.

Others might find the room size constraining, but I didn't have a problem with it.

It was conveniently placed for my requirements. They were very accommodating about my arrival time. I knew that the room was small but it suited me at the price I paid. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was lightweight but warm. Good light and sufficient power points, one with a USB adapter included.

Not the best place to stay, very noisy during the night around 2am with people who live there talking very loudly in the hallways and in their rooms,not fully clean room with old toothpaste in the sink, burns on the bedding, ,

The only positive was the food and the staff working in the restaurant

Room was ill prepared for visit plus staff making a noise at 4 am . Starting up i felt but i would stay again

On arrival room wasn't ready and not clean. There was no shower towel or face towel. I requested pillows without feathers which they provided only the next day. There was no toilet paper provided and basin plug they didn't fix when it was blocked when they said they would fix it. Restaurant was closed which they never informed me about. The amount they charged was a rip off to no service, no communication, no calling me back despite the many times I called.

There was nothing I liked and I request a refund as the motel customer service is v poor.

I arrived at this booked motel last night and found it locked up, no lights and to all intents and purposes derelict and having been so for some time. Obviously I had to make alternative arrangements at short notice and demand a full refund of the fee you charged. How can you continue to offer this accomodation on your site and take money when it is clear it is not fit for purpose.

The bed wasn’t made, there was fag burns in the duvet covers. Floor wasn’t clean neither was the bathroom. 1000% do not recommend nowhere near clean or sanitary for guests. Avoid!!!

There was a function happening downstairs where the music went late into the night. This was then followed by intoxicated people shouting outside, right by the room. The room smelt of cigarette smoke.

The staff were friendly when I arrived and were apologetic when I asked about the function downstairs. The proximity to the baseball softball grounds is handy.

When I arrived the restaurant staff tried selling me my own room as they didn't know I was coming. The room wasnt cleaned before I got there, floors were dirty, previous tenants dirty mugs with cigarette ash in it. Old Starbucks cups left on the side. Was given a damp towel. I doubt the bedding had been changed but I had no other option at 11pm with work the next day. The bathroom was disgusting, drains so blocked the sink and shower water wouldn't run down the plug. Had to unblock and clean the shower myself as I had to shower for work. Mould and damp in the corners of the bathroom. No key to lock your door if you leave for the day, side door to building is left unlocked all the time. Never saw any staff just heard all the tenants in the other rooms. People were smoking in the building so all my bags and clothes stunk of stale smoke when I got home. I've slummed it in hostels all over the world and this was the worst place I've ever stayed at. Owner should be ashamed and booking.com should not be listing this place.

No locks on main entrance door, no keys for room, no hot water for shower rooms dirty, stairs carpet old and dirty, piles of washing on landing.

Everything. No information given on arrival and the room had facilities but they were either dirty or did not work. The shower unit which I did not dare to use was a health hazard and needs to be ripped out because it was so dirty.

The Breakfast was non existant. No information was given me on arrival about breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant. In the morning I could not find anyone about to find out about breakfast so I left without breakfast . The shower unit was filthy and the whole place was dirty. This is the only place that I have ever stayed at that I will never stay at again or recommend. I would have thought you would have vetted this place before allowing it to use your systems. The only good thing I can say is it is in a good location. With the right people and a complete facelift it could be a good place to stay.

No-one at the building when I turned up, had a number to call but no answer, took 15 mins to arrive and let me in to check in. The area outside was very unkept. The room had mould. There was tissue of some sort stuck in corners of the room. Bed was ok, comfy

Restaurant was derelict and accommodation accessed around the back. Room was full of mould and smelt off. I returned keys and left. By far the worst room I've ever been offered.

The pictures on Booking.com are misleading, I wasn't expecting the Ritz for the price whoever you would expect a standard cleanliness in your room, I questioned if this had been cleaned, it was disgusting, the floor was sticky, opening the wardrobe there were what I'm guessing the last guest items, dirty shirt trousers used razors and toothpaste, fridge in the room was disgusting it was switched off and had coleslaw left in it, I didn't want to check the date on the Item the fridge it smelt horrible, Upon opening it. There was a used e-cigarette on the floor, Bedding was horrible and had like what I can only describe as fat stains on probably from previous guests eating fatty foods it had stained the sheets. sheets smelled fatty so they was probably drying sheets where they was cooking food, further inspection of the bedding there was cigarette burns on underside of duvet sheet and on the mattress sheet there was hairs. I don't know why I did but I looked under the bed and there was rubbish underneath and a lot of dust I cannot believe I stayed there if I had not worked the long hours I did that day and the time I arrived I would have gone somewhere else. This place looks like it's closed and should not be open in the current condition. Also it's advertised as a Motel and restaurant it isn't open and doesn't look like it has been for some time.

nothing the whole experience was horrible. this place looks like a set out of disaster movie.

THIS PROPERTY AS OBVIOUSLY NOT BEEN VETTED FOR SUITABILITY. THE ROOM WAS FILTHY, UNCLEANED. STAINS ON FLOOR IN WC AND SHOWER. IN MY VIEW AS MY PARTNER USE bOOKING.COM FOR TRIPS IN VENICE, SWITZERLAND AND NORFOLK RECENTLY. ALL FABULOUS HOLIDAYS.THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF YOUR LIST!!!!! NOISY AS ROOM WAS ABOVE RESTAURANT
