It was all perfect for what we wanted

The property is close to beach and small town. Great location. Was a lovely little two night break for mum and daughter time. Very relaxed and breakfast was amazing. Jane is a lovely host. Will definitely book again.

Great accommodation in a excellent, quiet location, fantastic views of Colwyn Bay, with car parking right outside. The King's suite is fully self contained and feels like a posh hotel suite, better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The full Welsh breakfast was outstanding and the Host was very welcoming and really goes the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.

Nothing. The accommodation, hospitality, and breakfast fully met our expecatations.

The room + adjoining lounge were excellent. Plenty of space to relax after a hard day exploring the surrounding area. The full Welsh breakfast was very good. Jane was more than happy to change some breakfast items and the breakfast time on our last morning to accommodate our travel plans.

Excellent breakfast, well cooked and delicious and delivered to our door at 8.30 every day. Superb service. Also included in the room was a choice of cereals, a bottle of prosecco, ample fresh milk in the fridge and a bowl of fresh strawberries. Delicious and surpassed our expectations.

Don’t think there was anything not to like.

The breakfast was excellent , the accommodations was very clean and very modern, everything was provided,even a bottle of Prosecco a very nice touch . Jane was very helpful even helping with our luggage, would definitely stay there again if we are in the area and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in colwyn bay.

The location is great for visiting almost all of North Wales. A short walk down to the Prom and beach. The room service breakfast is really good; although after the first morning we did have to have it cut down at the first was mean for 6'6" weight lifters lol. Jane is a very friendly and attentive host and keen that you enjoy your stay at the Copthorne. Thoroughly recommended.

This was in a perfection location for us, visiting a friend in a nearby road. Suite was huge, with a separate TV lounge that also contained a small kitchen facility (fridge, microwave) and tea/coffee/cocoa, and a well stocked fridge containing fruit, milk, yoghurts etc ready for breakfast. Car parking was on-street and easily available. Bathroom was lovely, and we felt very relaxed and comfortable.

The WiFi was quite unreliable, and not very fast. There were 2 TV's, one in the front bedroom, which was fine, an even larger one in the rear lounge, had few channels and slow EPG. In all the EPG showed 50 channels, some of which were radio I think, and the TV didn't have all the Freeview channels - for example, Film 4 wasn't available but Film 4 +1 was. Generally the light levels were low, making reading difficult. The hostess quickly provided a stand reading lamp which proved very useful.

Breakfast was very good. It had to be ordered by text the previous evening. The view from the front window was very good. The pre-stocked fridge was great! Shower and bathroom facilities very good. Our hostess was very helpful, and quickly resolved any minor queries. The flat was generally well equipped.
