The property had lovely interior, and felt very comfortable. Neighbours were quiet and we also had people helps us in too who were friendly! Owner gave great instructions to explain how to get in and to the apartment, felt welcoming

Perfect location. Right next to a retail park so lots of shops and fast food places to walk to. Free parking right outside. The host was excellent. He rang us on the way there to say he would upgrade us as there was a plumbing issue in our booked apartment that could not be fixed in time due to parts being needed. The inside was just like the pictures. Very nicely done inside with lovely furniture and a massive TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Will use again.

We had an upgrade due to the original booked apartment had an issue. The Upgrade was called “Stunning Designer Penthouse” and it definitely was exactly that! The interior design was beautiful, the place was spacious, clean, smelled so good too.

The apartment was beautiful and cozy and the rooms were big and clean. Definitely got my moneys worth and would 10/10 recommend for a stay.

Our stay was brilliant - Joe was really friendly, accommodating and responsive. Even helping us out with a silly remote misplacement at nearly 10pm! The property was clean, there had been a lot of effort made to set the place up and it was very well presented. There was bedding, towels, tea, coffee and sugar available. The parking was super easy as well. Very good value for money. I would stay again.

someone was knocking on flat doors canvassing quite late at night, with a young family this wasn’t ideal but also this was nobody’s fault!

perfect location to the media museum and Haworth, allowed for a nice base with a young family.

lift not working.No fault of the flat owner.was told in email it might not be working.and was chaseing repair. hair dryer would of been nice.And milk would of been a nice touch.for a cup of tea as arrived so late in evening.

Location was extremely good. Flat was clean and very comfortable. I liked the fact the bedrooms were upstairs and living area was downstairs. Great host who checked in to see if we had settled in 😀

When you step out the property, it’s extremely poor maintenance and unhygienic. Rubbish all around by other residents, drugs, noisy neighbourhood, smelly and dirty corridor carpet, untidy stairs, permanently broken lift and overall shady area.

Property was fairly clean from the inside and maintained on a low budget. Good value for the money they charged.

Do not book with this person! I was promised a partial refund for the issues faced but never heard back from them. The apartment was so dusty we felt ill. There wasn’t enough space for the number of people booked. We had issues getting in and trying to find the place because it turned out the apartment we were given in the end didn’t belong to the host. The area was scary in the nighttime and very dirty going up the stairs (no lifts).

Would have been helpful to have hangers in the wardrobes, could feel the springs on the bed which weren’t that comfortable and sofa chair wasn’t the best neither so meant a family member was grumpy in the morning!

The flat was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working so it was a pain navigating a family of 5 with suitcases to the actual flat

The property was very classy and comfortable and was a pleasure to stay in.
