Freezing when we arrived. Would be a good idea to have the heating on before guests arrive. Every time I altered the temperature, a few hours later it was changed back to low temperature. Whilst I realise heating costs must be a big overhead we book and pay on the basis that we can heat to our requirements.

Nice size. Comfortable. OK location. Parking at rear.

TBH Very frustrated indeed with the electronic entry system having to use key codes for every entry and exit, much prefer access to our own key. Clients take note, although dog friendly, paid additional £30 for our dog, BUT then the threat of £50 deduction from our £200 deposit if dog discvered to have sat on furniture or bed, which makes it very difficult in an open plan area downstairs. In our case no deduction but luckily have small short haired terrier. Also didn't like the issue in handbook about deducting £50 if rubbish placed in wrong bin. All that said, amazing property

I could imagine a little fireplace in the front room. But that may not be for everyone, or those with small children. Was really comfy and cozy. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Would’ve been great to have a tumble dryer and more towels available for the duration of our stay as we were unable to wash them.

A good size for a short stay visit. Location was quiet and convenient for the beach and main attractions in Margate. Having a parking space and the garden were an added bonus and we ate most meals outside. The house was largely well equipped with what we needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we would recommend.

Sand blasting/powder coating business opposite was very noisy from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, Margate itself can look a little rough on the streets but we didn't encounter any problems whilst there and the street the house is located on, is nice with friendly neighbours.

We loved the location, the private parking around back was so handy, the house was lovely, clean, great decor, filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking etc. Loved that linen, towels, shower gels/shampoo, toilet roll all included. Cleaning products. Even had a lovely gift basket full of goodies on our stay and a bosch hot drinks machine with pods avaliable. It was a great price for 4 nights, great location, close to Dreamland, beach, caves, shell grotto. It had a safe to keep belongings in if needed, there was a TV in both bedroom and the living room. There was a folder with information on attractions near by, deliveroo details, list of resteraunts, how to guides for hob etc. They have literally though of everything. Rooms are a great size, sofa even comes out into a bed if needed. No stairgates, but I think this a is a service you can request? We had a two year old and nine year old with us, we didn't have the need one. I loved the contact via email from Adliv, Lee-Ann was lovely, she dealt with any queries and even checked in on us after our first night to see how we settled in, great service and made everything so smooth. Will definately return

Excessive additional paperwork before checkin. Downstairs bathroom with no ensuite room was a big minus with a heavily pregnant wife. Guests should be made aware of this in the listing. The advertised parking space was also useless as the access was blocked throughout our stay by another car. Apparently, this is a repeated problem mentioned in some of the reviews.

The facilities and cleanliness. Host was very helpful and responsive.

The house is not situated in the most affluent area of Margate. The street is narrow with cars parked on both sides. The parking space at the back is very handy.

Wonderful host, very good service. Any problems are addressed immediately. The house is nicely done up and everything you need is there. A 12 minute walk to the beach. There are many things to see and do nearby.
