It was a self catering apartment with a large well equipped kitchen. There was a fab shower/sauna. Lounge/dining area with a welcome basket with a selection of tea, coffee, various types of milk and biscuits. A very helpful guide with plenty of eateries, takeaways, places to visit and local walks . The extra large bed was very comfortable. Opposite the railway station, a few minutes walk into town and large retail park and 10 walk minutes to the beach 😊

Beautiful apartment in a great location; 5 mins to the beach and town centre. Great communication with the host and the apartment contains all the facilities you need for a great stay. There is also a private parking space which is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was amazing. Great decor and lovely and clean. The steam shower was a touch of luxury and every little detail was thought of. Great location with good restaurants very close by. Will definitely be returning.

A beautiful apartment. Everything was great. There is nothing to dislike.

What a wonderful find. A beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment. We loved the comfortable bed, amazing shower, fully equipped modern kitchen and the great living and dining area. Catherine is a wonderful host, very easy to communicate with and her instructions for check- in and how to use the shower,, heating, appliances etc are so well done and easy to follow. I would absolutely recommend Catherine's apartment and look forward to staying again next time we're in Prestatyn.

We liked everything

The property was spotless, has everything we needed for our weekend stay! Catherine has clearly worked hard to produce a high standard apartment! No faults at all and it was nice coming back after a long day of dancing as it is so relaxing and quiet also, local shops close by E.g Tesco etc. a 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive - location ideal.

Not sure there was anything I didn't like... I got exactly what I was expecting and more.

Great location with parking. Small walk to town centre, retail park and beach. Decoration was stylish and furniture was comfortable. Catherine provided videos on how to use dish washer, washing machine and fancy shower which was great. A picnis basket and freezer packs were available which was a nice touch... the host pretty much thought of everything to make the stay really nice.

This apartment is in an old building, only problem was people deciding to slam there doors which was annoying especially late at night, having said this it's nothing to do with the apartment, just other people being selfish, also can be a bit noisy as it's on a main road but didn't bother us as the location for us was perfect and a lovely apartment.

Excellent location, close to train station and a good shopping centre, small but lovely apartment, Cate left us some lovely little touches, milk, biscuits, chocolates and some prosecco as we were supposed to be coming in the car but unfortunately had troubles with it and had to come on the train, Having Netflix was a big plus for us on a super television, would definitely recommend.
