We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomHost already explained car park not ideal but sorted on the day, maybe just put details that need to get keys and fob on details before accessing car park. Apartment can get very warm and not summer yet so possibly getting a small air-conditioning unit and long mirror near a plug socket.
Excellent location, very quiet and comfortable apartment. All amenities close by. Excellent host friendly and accommodating. Idea for a city break for a couple. I would definitely book again when I come back home to Nottingham again!

United KingdomThe ad says free parking available but the parking is about 7min walk and is only available for an additional payment. Walking to the parking while having a suitcase and being in uniform under the rain did not fit my needs unfortunately.

United KingdomThe only 1 tiny thing i would say is that because of the exposed brick work, and the time of year i stayed it was a little cold but if you crank up the radiators thats sorted. Aim for higher than the temp you'd want.
It was as good as it looks in the photos. Its a big apartment it looks stunning. If i was younger and didnt have family commitments i would be proud to live here full time.

FranceThe parking space was a ten minutes walk away but at £5 a day, that is a "good deal"; flat is on the second floor and no lift but you are warned of that in the description; complicated to drop off the keys when there is no space to temporarily stop the car and jump out as there are cars and delivery vans all vying for some space in the immediate neighbourhood
Is truly stylish and comfortable; LOVED the studio with all the essentials (plus a washing machine!); easy walking distance to shops, cafes, ice rink; surrounded by beautifully renovated buildings... felt like a home from home. Tina was very welcoming and even helped carry our bags upstairs. Would rate this 9.5, not 9.

The location was amazing. We were an easy walk to anywhere in the City. The owners were very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. The studio was comfortable and the bed was lovely. We used the kitchen and found it very functional. We recommend this flat to anyone who wants to stay in Nottingham's heart. Thanks for a fabulous stay, John and Tina!

United KingdomTina and John were very accommodating. The apartment was very well equipped and indeed 'stylish'. Everything was handy and in excellent working order, and I knew if not, I was ok to contact the hosts. Parking was a much welcomed bonus. I know Nottingham well, so picked it because of the location, and it did not disappoint. It was quiet considering its a flat (hardly any noise from outside). Great place to stay and would highly recommend.
