Too much information at the last minute - a spate of emails and videos with useful information about key codes etc which arrived as we were just leaving for our journey to Windsor. Booking info stated that car parking was included but we had to pay £20 ; we didn't know we had to display a parking permit, but we received a message while we were walking in town, so we had to return to the property to locate it (on the microwave). We couldn't figure out how to use the Smart TV although we had a code - clear instructions would have helped considerably. The room was so light that we were able to read at 04:30 - we strongly recommend eye masks. Ridiculously complicated instructions on how to get hot water in the shower. There were no instructions for exiting the car park.

Complementary bottle of wine was welcome; bed was comfy; location was good.

Issue with shower repeatedly cutting out despite turning sink hot water on as instructed, in hindsight we should have possibly left the sink tap running but that seemed rather wasteful of water. Some surfaces in the flat were noticeably dusty.

Very comfy bed, close proximity to town centre, lots of little home from home extras, opportunity for early check in and detailed check in instructions.

The apartment was advertised as allowing pets at no extra charge. However on the day of checking in we were asked for the dog to be in a crate, not to shed hair excessively, not to chew anything (all of which he doesn’t do) and not to be allowed in the bedroom. This made our stay more anxious than it needed to be. It shouldn’t be advertised as dog friendly if it’s not.

The shower was very tricky to use. While the videos helped, it was a bit complicated process to get hot water and it was a hair trigger to get the temperature tolerable (either scalding or cold) to get it tolerable. It took minute adjustments...and I mean absolutely the slightest touch to get it right, otherwise it went straight to cold. While the apartment was clean, the cleaners must have rushed though as the bathroom mirror and floor were dirty, as was the kitchen counters. It'sike they completely forgot to clean them. The walls of the flat were a bit thin as you could hear your neighbors a bit, but it was mostly quiet!

Great location and really appreciated the secure parking. It was a short walk to Windsor Castle, very close to downtown. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. I loved the decor. I appreciated the videos detailing how to access the parking and flat, as well as how to operate things in the apartment. It was it very easy and I felt confident of how to access everything when I arrived. Communication with the host was easy via Whatsapp! The kitchen was nice and I appreciated having the washing machine to do a load of laundry! While it was a washer/dryer combo, I also appreciated have a drying rack to hang my laundry! It was a great place to end my trip before heading back to the airport, which was less than 30 minutes away.

The apartment is quite small so there is no room for a table. This means there is nowhere to eat a meal or use a computer.

This property is good for a short stay in Windsor if you require parking. It is an easy walk to Windsor itself and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Shower door needed fixing but Christian did say previous tenant had broken shower door. The taps were a little complex to work out. Only liquid handsoap in the washbasin . It would have been nice to have a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. Not everyone uses head and shoulders! I know this is an apartment but overseas travellers would appreciate that.

Very comfortable. Quirky. Excellent kitchen facilities with combined washer dryer. Great location with easy 15 minute walk to Windsor. Thought had gone into making the apartment as comfortable as possible. Good security. Car parking inside secure gates. Only one bath towel when we arrived but 2 more promptly delivered when mentioned to Christian.

We didn't receive entry instructions until we were en-route. These were good but via detailed video and, in a noisy motorway service station environment, we had difficulty understanding the audio instructions. Recommend you send instructions the day before the start of rental. Shower screen is damaged and needs replacing. Shower pump not operating correctly.

Unfortunately we found out on the day of arrival that the previous guests had broken the shower door (so it’d been removed) Was quite difficult showering and trying not to flood the bathroom floor. Only other small thing is that the TV in lounge has no terrestrial TV (we choose not to have streaming accounts)

The shower door was broken (though I believe it was recent and will likely be fixed) send the hot water was quirky bordering on frustrating - though they were clear about how to get it to run, it was hard to make it anything other than scalding or freezing.

It was a lovely little flat, they'd thought of many of the little things and it was a comfortable home away from home with a secure car park which was a bonus. The host made sure I had everything I needed and checked in a couple of times on the phone to make sure everything was fine.
