No air conditioning. We were visiting during a heatwave. The cool air from the river made up for that. Only one bathroom.

Nice, spacious and modern apartment right on the Thames. Well equipped. Superb views on the balcony.

It was a little pricey for one night and found it a bit cheeky to ask for a parking charge when the room info said parking was free. But it was £8 so at least it was affordable.

Absolutely nothing. I had no concerns. I was so over please with this property.

The property felt like home from home, and was super clean & everything you needed. You got a warmly home feeling soon as your entered. The view was beautiful looking over the doc and seeing the boats. Gorgeous. Fully recommend million times over.

Just WOW.... This place ticks all the boxes. We went to a show at the O2 and decided to stay for a few days. We were not disappointed at all, just would have loved to stay longer. Stunning, spacious and spotlessly clean accomodation with a balcony looking out over the Thames. Extremely high quality decor and furnishings and all the facilities you will ever need. Easy walk to the train station or the Uber Thames boat. Lovely and quiet but so easy to get into the city. Lovely owner who was so helpful and we can't wait to come again. Thankyou so much

Incredibly clean very well presented secure apartment . Easy check in with the concierge , great location for the 02 got an Uber there 10 mins or you can get the river ferry which takes you there and into central London . It’s a 10 min walk from the appartement to the pier to catch it .

As a returning customer booking this gorgeous property, I could say that location with the Thames view is brilliant, the decor and cleanliness is top notch like last time, everyone really liked mattress really comfortable. No noise and it was worth every penny will be booking again!

the terrace was confusing to access but the friendly receptionist came down to help us out.

I loved the decor, especially the quality of the furniture including the bed which was very comfortable, the view was great from the room and living room. the bathroom was modern and clean. all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Exceptional host, exceptional service, exceptional apartment, myself and my sister loved the apartment, good value for money, central and close to basic amenities. The handwash bottle was empty, but apart from that there were no other problems.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The living area was large with comfortable sofas. There was no noise from the neighbours and no outside noise could be heard at night.

The property was spotless and my room was located on the ground floor. The decor was even more beautiful in person. We could not hear the neighbours. The bed was confortable. The views outside the property were lovely. I would definitely recommend! There is also gym access.

We spent a very pleasant 7 days in this Snuggle Inn apartment, which is well located near the Thames River, with convenient transportation. The rooms are quite new, and decoration is fashionable and stylish. All living facilities remain in good condition, especially the beds are very comfortable. Snuggle Inn’s kindly service made us feel at home. We’d like to choose to stay here again in the future if we have another chance.

There was nothing we didnt like.

This apartment is really lovely, clean, modern and in a great location to catch the Uber Ferry and Elizabeth Line. The furnishings are very tasteful, the beds very comfortable (firm mattresses) and the balcony with view of the river thames is a tranquil sight. The area is up and coming, there is easy access to several walking paths through and around London too, a great spot! The owners are really helpful, providing a lovely welcome pack with cake, shortbread, tea and condiments alongside fresh juice. I was most impressed when the owner personally delivered a brand new hairdryer due to previous tenants actions. We are sure to book again in the future.
