There was so much eye for the detail. Like a 5 star luxury hotel. And the views from the bedroom over Longniddry golf course & sea were stunning

Nothing could have been better. Exceeded our expectations. Additional amazing little touches, such as fresh flowers, fresh herbs and lovely home made shortbread. We did not want to leave 😀

We had an fantastic long weekend at Trish and Graeme’s lodge. The accommodation was stunning. Immaculate and had everything and more. Attention to detail was amazing, every thought had gone into providing their guests with a first class experience. Cleanliness was top notch. Facilities amazing. So bright and spacious. Had a lovely welcome from Trish and during our stay we met Graeme, what a lovely chap. All topped off by meeting their little pooch Sadie, a little cracker. 🐶

The property is stunning and extremely well stocked - there were fresh biscuits, bread and other bits and pieces prepared for us. There's lovely fireplace and an outdoor area. Hosts were extremely nice and accommodating and checking in was easy.

Everything was perfection.

The location is perfect you back on to a golf course and a b view of the beach and the sea, at night you can see the lights of Fife and Edinburgh castle. The house was perfect, hosts amazing, top class and top quality. Everything had been thought of for a comfortable stay and I mean everything. A utility room with washing machines, irons etc, a drying room for coats and wellies, three bathrooms, workspace for laptop. driveway with parking for two cars. A short drive along the coast is Port Seton perfect to buy locally caught fish at the harbour fish shop, Cockenzie for essentials and take aways should you need it. Prestonpans for supermarkets, pubs etc...Musselborough horses if you like them and eateries...Edinburgh via view of Arthur's seat a must climb to view experience. Edinburgh a magical city almost as great as Glasgow.

It was exceptional accommodation. Equipped and furnished to the highest standards. The lodge was a short walk over the golf course to a fine beach and well placed for touring the local area.

We wished we could have stayed longer!

Trish kept in touch regularly with great information and was so friendly on our arrival, we felt after 5 minutes she was like a friend. We were given a tour of Trish and Grahams house which exceeded our expectations by far. Trish and Graham also made themselves available to us in case we requested anything, which we didn’t have to do.

The property is so well thought through for accommodating many types of travellers, either for work, holiday or golfers etc. The view across the golf course and sea are fantastic. Superb location with great views across the golf course, over the Firth of Forth to Fife. So peaceful, with beach walks within easy reach from the house. A fully equipped property, every detail had been considered. We will be back in the future.
