Compact a better word that Stunning. What is the square footage? Shower needs a rubber mat to avoid slipping (or if using the bath, take a bath plug).

It is suitable for sleeping in (one good double room and another with absolutely no storage) and going out from there by the day.

The carpets were not clean when we arrived and there were no instructions about how to turn the hot water on. I also sent a message to the host about checking out and received no response

Great location. Close to the centre of Henley. Very quiet location.

Unfortunately, initially we found some inconvenience: the bedroom and the kitchen floor were not clean, and the shower was not working properly. However, as soon as the property was informed, they fixed the problems.

Nice apartment in a strategic position near the Henley main square and with a small garden in front. Very good for a short period stay.

Sofa bed uncomfortable to sit on, cushions kept sliding off. Bed in main room dipped in the middle and bedroom doors didn’t close fully. There were only 2 toilet rolls for 3 adults and 3 days!! Increased my stress levels to use very sparingly!! Also more tea bags would be nice. they really don’t cost much and didn’t cover even one cup per day.

Lack of parking in a town with limited parking. the neighbour could be heard through the wall and was quite vocal on a couple of occasions but it wouldn’t put us off going again.

tucked away just two minutes from the centre of town. compact but has everything we needed. charming cottage. great communication. thank you.

Other than bath missing a plug and some initial difficulties navigating the Smart TV, no major difficulties or dislikes for this lovely property.

Excellent central, yet quiet location. Property beautifully presented, clean and well equipped. Excellent check-in instructions and guest pack.

1 bathroom! even if there was a toilet and sink in back yard it would relieve stress of 4 adults and 1 bathroom

No extra bin bags under the sink. No laundry tablets. Smaller room had a terrible matresss and really the whole bed should be much better quality for the price charged. TV instructions would be good. Welcome pack should be left considering price of stay. Blackout blinds needed for master bedroom. Deliveries at 4am out the back - shouldn’t be allowed!

The second bedroom had extremely tight quarters. No closet, chest of drawers or room for much of anything, except get into bed and read or sleep. Also there were very little amenities in the place so be prepared to go shopping soon after arrival.

The location was very central - up a steep hill to reach the property - but otherwise the town was very accessible. The best part of the location was how it was set back from the road in a mews, therefore very quiet. Bird song was the only 'noise' we heard.

Although we knew before booking there wasn’t parking. An allocated parking space would of been great especially when it comes to loading and unloading but we managed. But it won’t put us off booking the cottage again.

The cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival, everything you needed. Perfect distance into Henley just a few minutes walk.

Excellent house for location in Henley for The Thames Path. House was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

The only down side is the lack of parking in the area but this is out of the hosts control.

The house is just a 2 minute walk to the centre of Henley and the river but the location of it in a small court yard means that it is very peaceful.

Access to the property was challenging when with a car. Situated on a 1 way thin street Photos on the website make the house appear a lot bigger than it was Back Garden backs on to a Hospital of some sort where heavy duty lorries do deliveries everyday, so it was a tad noisy and back garden not in a very good state. Kitchen was run down

Location was ideal and close to town center. Front garden was pleasant
