The noise from the nearby night club. We certainly were in need of the earplugs supplied by the owner. Nightclub opening hours are 10pm -3am . The kitchen could do with a flap table so that 6+ people can sit at a table whilst eating . There are beds for 8 people.

Great location and kitchen provision was vg. But Apartment lacked a bit of TLC. Eg front door handle came off because handle was screwed into wrotten wood… surprised cafe staff had not alerted owner to this.

The kitchen tap splashes badly, so you can get wet trying to wash up. An apron would be helpful. Or a tap attachment.

The flat was beautiful, with great views of the park. Location was excellent. Peter was really helpful with useful advice.

We were not made aware from the property website info that the Apt is on 3-levels. My mother-in-law had trouble climbing so many steps.

The location is awesome! Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are good size and very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and good size as well. Apt is right above a very nice Cafe so easy to get nice coffee and breakfast. Pics on the site are how the property looks on the inside. Walkable to most of the sights and restaurants, especially the Roman Bath and the Abbey. Car park is one block and reasonably priced. Our host, Phillip, was helpful and coordinated all the details well. Hot water heater broke down but he got is fixed quickly and gave us free breakfast at the cafe to make up for it.

Nothing... All amazing.

We had an amazing stay, the owner was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean, beds very comfortable, provided all the amenities including tea and coffee, lovely coffee shop also owned by the owner underneath the apartment. Not noisy at nighttime from people outside. Very centre of Bath so great access to the city, walking distance from everything

As its location is very central there was apparently some noise in the night but we were fully aware that this might be the case when we booked (I personally slept like a log) and you can’t expect to stay in the centre of a city and have no noise!

Excellent stay. Perfect location with great views over the park. A very short walk from the train station and shops. Philip was a great host who was very accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and well equipped.

The position of it was brilliant for our needs, right in the middle of Bath, walking distance to the shops and theatre. It was very spacious, but cosy at the same time. It was clean and well equipped. The staff at the cafe downstairs were brilliant.

The property was very spacious with plenty of space for the 8 of us. The kitchen was well equipment and enough bar stools for us all to sit round. The bedrooms were generous, comfortable and clean. This property has stunning views and is a great location close to the town. Everything was accessible within walking distance.

It was noisy at night due to a nearby nightclub.

Fantastic location, close to town and station, with view of the Abbey and gardens. Big comfortable bedrooms and a large well equipped kitchen. Very helpful host.

Beyond the owners control was the noise Friday and Saturday evenings but pots of ear plugs were placed by the beds which greatly helped.

Such beautiful elegant but homely accommodation. Every comfort you could wish for. Fabulous top quality bedding. The kitchen had two ovens a separate grill and microwave, all built in with perfect hob and integrated deep fat fryer. Perfect for longer stays. The views from the windows amazing. You could see Bath Abbey, the park opposite and the river with houseboats.

The bedrooms would certainly benefit from internal secondary glazing given the party animals outside until early morning and the traffic.

The property had a very well appointed kitchen, excellent size and a great point of focus for those staying. All the bedrooms were very good in size, beds very comfortable. Showers etc, all worked very well and the lounge very comfortably able to accommodate everyone as a space to chill. There are plenty of stairs so be mindful of that if it's important to you. We found dropping off everything outside the front door to be OK, then found parking at the local sports centre quite easy. All in all, this accommodation was good value for groups of 5+.

The only thing was that it was noisy. Not really a dislike but something to keep in mind. It's an old building right on a corner so roads either side. Ear plugs were provided so it was fine but if you're sensitive to road noise at night it might not be for you. Bath is a bit of a trade off. Quiet locations are up a massive hill and central locations tend to be noisy.

Amazingly spacious apartment in a great location for Christmas shopping in Bath. Warm and toasty comfy beds and everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Phillip the host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The whole apartment is very nice and clean, and comfortable for our short stay. The location is really walking distant to all the shops and especially to Bath Abbey. Phillip is always very quick with replying back and very helpful with all the questions I asked. Thank you again Phillip.
