Very hard to find fault with it, the only thing I would say is there is a couple of areas that could do with a lick of paint. Other than that it’s fantastic.

The house was great, clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. And the location is fantastic.

Inside kitchen cupboards needs a spring clean, cutlery need upgrading, it’s an amazing bathroom but only one in a property for 6 people! An extra sink and loo would help

The property is absolutely beautiful, it felt very homely and was completely SPOTLESS on our arrival. It was close to lots of shops & entertainment venues and there was always parking near to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the previous guests had not cleaned up after their dogs and the outside space was littered with disgusting deposits, making it impossible to use. There was a new packet of dog poo bags left out there, as if someone was planning to clean up but couldn’t face it. I can’t believe the owner would have left it like this if she’d known so it shows how important it is to check outside before new guests arrive. There was a little bit of confusion about the key code as the site page said I would receive a text with the number and I started to worry that I wouldn’t get it in time. It transpired that I should have been looking at messages on my secure booking.com page for this info. My mistake, but it might be worth popping this advice onto the page for other naive travellers.

We loved the cosy bedrooms and spacious bathroom with its excellent shower and lovely claw footed bath. The decor is great throughout the house and yet it’s not at all cluttered. Although we didn’t make much use of the kitchen, it was spotlessly clean, modern, and very well equipped. St Paul’s Street was exceptionally quiet, the beds were super-comfy and we all slept well. Very thoughtful to provide some quality brollies too!

Had a problem with the hot water in the morning but as we were only staying one night there was not an opportunity to resolve. Owner was very apologetic, confident we would have sorted it if we were staying another night.

Beautiful house, stylish, well equipped, great bathroom, beds & bedding super comfy, fantastic location for a very short walk to the main shopping area. Would definitely stay again.

The TV remote was a bit tempermental and the drains in the bathroom took a little while to drain. The oven could also probably do with a professional clean.

A lovely property in the centre of Cheltenham perfect for a New Years Celebration with friends. Significantly larger inside than it appears from the outside! Heating works well and beds comfy.

We asked out host for cleaning cloths etc and they arrived very promptly. To be fair the property didn’t need cleaning it’s just that we like to tidy up after ourselves.
