A couple of us were allergic to the plug in air fresheners, but once we worked out what it was, we turned them off. I thought there was one more bed than there actually was, which was unfortunate, but my misinterpretation it seems like.

Very clean, comfortable with good facilities. Great location with a short walk to the main tourist area. Had everything we needed for our stay, to cook, do washing etc.

Maybe I took this the wrong way but getting into the car park wasn’t easiest and when I called the host they seemed a bit short. Same when they came to clean the next day. Wasn’t enough loo roll left

Unfortunately, there is no freezer not even a cool box for ice. There is also no drying machine but they do supply an airer. The extracter fans didn't work in the bathrooms, so got very steamy and damp. Quite noisy in the main bedroom as people come and go for the flats .But these things considered, the quality of the place is great and we had a lovely stay , felt very taken care of. The above are just areas to improve/be aware of. Management were wonderful and very helpful, going above and beyond.

This flat is a great location. I stayed with my family for my daughters wedding and it was 5 minutes walk to the registry office. Got my groceries delivered, which was easy, especially as the flat is on the ground floor. It was clean , comfortable and welcoming. We were left complimentary milk , which was oat due to our dietary needs and vegan cookies , a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable with television in every room,and the kitchen was equipped enough, best lit place I have stayed in. The customer care was fantastic, so fast to respond about anything, nothing was too much. Ample space to park one car, plenty of manoeuvre space. Showers were hot and powerful enough. Would definitely stay there again. I have stayed in a lot of places across Europe and this was one of the best. A couple of things that would improve the stay I will put in the review box about " didn't like".

We recently had the pleasure of staying here as a treat for my Mums 80th Birthday and it was nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, the location was perfect, conveniently close to town centre making it easy to explore the area. The accommodation itself was impeccable, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Michelle was from the moment we booked our stay, incredibly communicative and accommodating. 1) Even though we stayed for 4 nights, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults and the rolls were not full rolls. It is not stated anywhere we can see that they would not be providing toilet paper! 2) The second bedroom is very small and there is no space to open a full suitcase. 3) There is no dryer, so we dried our clothes on a rack which took up some space in the dining room. 4) Both the shower and the tub were slow to drain. 5) There were too many cushions and no space to put them. 6) The wardrobe in the main bedroom had a can of paint. 7) The parking space is not suitable for a family van or large car. 8) No instructions provided for recycling.

The location is excellent. The neighbours were helpful. The kitchen, living and dining areas were nice. Fans and heaters were provided. Being located on the ground floor was great as we had individuals with mobility issues.

The 2nd bedroom is pretty small for 2 people, no place to put luggage. However, apartment itself is big, so.. it compensates.

The apartment is very modern, super clean, perfect location.. all within walking distance (Shakespeare birthplace, Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local, city centre etc). Michelle is also very helpful in helping to answer our questions. Check in instructions are clear, very easy. Totally recommended to stay here.
