This was a lovely studio apartment in really lovely village. The studio was really easy to live in, and had everything we needed for our two night stay.

Commitments meant we had to come home.

The studio was above a detached garage adjoining the owner's property. It was lovely and warm given that we were there for two very icy nights and the beds were exceptionall comfortable with the option of an electric blanket if needed. The small L-shaped kitchen was very well equipped and thought out but do read the information, (which was very comprehensive), regarding the induction hob. well equipped. It really is simple to use once you know how! The Test valey villages are very special with several lovely inns in the are. We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Mayfly on the Test about two miles away from the studio that we walked to, (seemingly the long way round). When it is not so muddy there are lovely walks along the Test Way throughout the whole area.

We stayed during a cold spell and struggeled a bit with the heating system. Alice gave as warm water bottles which helped a lot.

The studio in the field is a lovely place, very well equipped and super clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the place if you are looking for a great stay and want to go for walk or explore the area.

Studio in the Field, with its well-equipped and stylish interior, made the perfect base for my four-night stay whilst visiting friends and family in the area. Highly recommended - absolutely superb!

Stopped there to go to a wedding, and it was so comfortable. Good value for money.

Internet wasn’t the best. Even though there is a smart tv we tethered off my mobile rather than the Wi-Fi to watch Amazon. It was an unseasonably hot couple of days, so a fan would have been appreciated ! We hoped that the two single bed divans would clip together to make a double and stop any ‘drifting’. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case and one of us would inevitably end up down the gap haha.

It’s your own little oasis in the country. You can come and go as you like but Alice was the perfect host and always on hand if needed.

Everything is amazing in this place, the location, the studio is beautiful and comfortable. You have all you need with privacy and a really nice view of the trees. There is a playground and football pitch just in the corner and a beautiful village near by. This was my best discovery so far and Alice is really nice.

Hanging space for longer outfits in main room. But the front door had hooks, so it is a minor issue.

Well appointed. Comfortable. Very rural, but close and accessible to other villages, pubs and great walking. We will return.

From reading the visitors book it seems that there are usually some welcome treats but there was nothing for us.

The studio was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. As we were going to a wedding it was great that there was a full length mirror. We loved the top hat theme from the paintings and lamp shade.

Sofa was not as comfortable as I would have liked, booking.com advertised as having satellite channels but not correct.

Facility was away from main house allowing early start in morning without disturbing others.

Nothing, I just found the downstairs floor cold and the bathroom a little cold for those who come out of the shower! I caught a little cold, but I certainly want to go back!

Everything, spotless.. and the pictures don't lie! the space is better than in the pictures!

We were here to visit Salisbury and Winchester Xmas markets with both a 15-20 min drive away, prices in town were too dear so The Studio met all we were looking for. A nice break both markets were good with Winchester being our favourite. Alice gave a great recommendation for a gluten free eating place that was excellent.
