The shower was very poor.. it ran cold for my daughter and I had to make do with a wash... with no plug in basin .... not ideal... TV was like solving a puzzle... huge but only possible to watch I player....

Unpleasant shower with mould and mildew. Apartment is on third floor up steep stairs. Drinking glasses were dirty.

Comfortable. Quiet location. Firm mattress and clean sheets. Easy access with key safe code. Five min walk from Elephant & Castle tube.

The owner had not yet put the keys in the key safe when we arrived at 3:30pm although he had agreed we could arrive at 3pm (their usual check in time). However, this was quickly resolved by a phone call to him. He was with us in less than a minute with the keys. The base of the shower could have been cleaner. We had to plug the fridge in. We were unable to access the wifi although we were happy to use our mobile phones. However, the TV needed wifi to access streaming services so we were unable to use that. The studio we were in. Having listed a number of issues here, I would like to say that I am only doing so because we liked the place and these small issues would change what is already a good place to stay into an exceptional one.

The proximity to the Old Vic and the Underground is good. The cooker, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sofa and bed are all superior quality. The studio is nicely decorated in a neutral style. The couple of pot plants are a welcome addition.

But. The big disappointment was the shower, no matter what time of day you shower the water hardly flows and when it does it is completely icy or boiling. Cleanliness could also be better with lots of dust everywhere. We were also very bothered by the light in the kitchen, it reacts to movement so it is constantly on. We had to tape it over, it was quite annoying at night.

The accommodation met our expectations. The location is great, you are right between several metro stations and even the bus stops are a few min walk so within 20min you are in the very centre. In the apartment you have an equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. The owner always replied within a few minutes and was very helpful

Price per night is quite a lot. Water pressure not great. Hot water a bit unreliable. Toilet seat very loose but I'm sure it could be easily fixed.

Kitchen well stocked. Hairdryer etc available. Very clean. Surprisingly quiet considering location.

Shower was extremely difficult to control temperature, it was either exceptionally hot or freezing cold, I was there 5 and couldn't figure it out Door to studio locked no problem however, the door leading to the apartments was very hard to lock, I found you needed to apply a lot of pressure to the door

There are only two things we found that can be improved: 1. There were no wash cloths or drying cloths in the kitchen. Adding them would be great 2. There was no adequate garbage can in the unit. We only moved the small garbage can from the washroom to the kitchen. Please place a garbage can in the kitchen. One other comment, not related to items that we did not like. The unit is in the third floor, make customers aware that there is no elevator.

Nice, clean place in a convenient location. Close to buses and Underground, as well as easy walking distance to the London attraction. Safe neighborhood.

Renovations at the time. Flight of staircase, steep. The checkout time has advertised was 12 noon when I made the booking. Subsequently, when I asked for a late checkout, I was informed check out is 11:00. I thought that was dishonest. Additionally, I got this updated checkout late and saw the message close to 11:00 am. I had to rush to get out the apartment just before 12:00noon

All was so good

I felt like i am at my home. It was so clean, sun light comes from everywhere, everything have been thought you may need. I am celiac so i needed to cook everyday as well. If you need to do economy for food in outside while you are traveling or any reason, it was a perfect choice for me and i worked in that room as well. I highly recommend to choose, it worth the price. I also liked the staff who helped me for everything via phone. He was so helpful kind and able to reach whenever you need. Thanks again to him!

Loved this well contained all you need studio, love how they utilised the space so well there was a surprising amount of floor space. Great location for Ministry of Sound venue! Really close to underground station too. Very effective heater (i know someone else mentioned it was cold but the heater in place now is excellent) Awesome plug point for charging multiple devices Was so grateful for milk before I got to the shop :)

No hot water in the taps or shower. We tried to get a hold of the owner to no avail when we found out there wasn't any hot water in the taps or shower after twisting and turning every tap. We even checked the entire property to see if there was a hidden switch ( which would be stupid ) We messaged the owner and they outright ghosted us and didn't provide any explanation for why the property had no running water. Be careful when booking this property. No compensation was offered so had to do a chargeback. Booking.com said the owner said there was not hot water. So they didn't bother to get back to us but bothered to get back to booking.com

The room was clean and the cleaner we met was nice. That's about it.

There was a really strong smell of weed inside the room upon arrival. That alone made it feel uncomfortable. The facilites in the bathroom are very worn out, so they feel a bit unclean and there was a dirty mop in the corner. The toilet seat was loose and the walls are very very thin. I wasn't expecting luxury for this price, however, just feeling more comfortable after a long day out would have been most welcome. Also, I know the standards of housing are quite different in London/England, so maybe for some this would be quite ok.

The host was very helpful and friendly, swift replies anytime needed and he wanted to make sure we were fine. The location is also excellent, easy walking distance to Southbank and well connected to the tube etc. We slept really well, the premises were quiet.
