We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly 5 hangers on Clothes rack and too close to kettle made it a bit awkward to use kettle with clothes in the way & steam from kettle hitting clothes. So maybe that needs rethinking. We were only staying 3 days though so ended up folding what we had putting them in chest of draws instead 👍 Was a little disappointed that the signal from the free WiFi did not reach our room at the back of the hotel throughout our entire stay. Which was a pain as we also could not get any data signal either, so we was a bit cut off. A few steps out of the room and the signal was good. Couldn't complain really as it is free but maybe a couple of cheap signal boosters would fix this.
Second time staying at this Hotel. Lovely, warm welcome on Arrival. Room was small but clean, tidy and adequate for our needs. Kettle and cups in room with plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Working shower and clean towels. Hot water all day and through the night. Small wall heater which quickly warmed the room up lovely. No wardrobe but small rack on wall with coat hangers provided space for us to hang some of our clothes. Also a chest of draws and bedside cabinet. 2 single beds which were very comfortable, slept like babies. Hotel in great location, very quiet and only a very short walk from the sea front, shops, arcades and tower ect. Overall excellent value and a Great place to stay. Thank you 😁

United KingdomThe room was on the small side and didn't have a wardrobe, just a small hanging space. It was fine for our one night though. The TV was quite small; we hadn't planned on watching it but Blackpool was hit by a storm while we were there which led to the trams being stopped, so we couldn't do a tour of the illuminations. The room was cold at first and took a long time to warm up with the electric wall heater.
The owner (who was very friendly and welcoming) llet us check in early. The location was good - not far from the tower and the promenade. The room and en-suite were clean. The room was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. There was plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room. We would stay again.

United KingdomIt took a while to work the shower. My brother said the shower went to cold to hot and then cold again but said it was fine, though. You could hear the guests inside their rooms. However, that didn't put us off.
Lovely hosts. Liked the coffee making facilities. They gave us more milk in our room when we were out. Very clean and tidy. Heater- To keep us warm for the night. Sleep was great 👍 There is a bar downstairs
