A bit "old" feeling in the room and the lift a bit slow sometimes.

    Amazing location, great breakfast.

Maybe just the fact that the windows didn’t open all the day:) Due to children security. But that shouldn’t be in every room..

Interior décor has become a bit gloomy, all that dark grey and black, some trendy trends are better avoided frankly but once inside the room it was fine.

The room was tiny but CLEAN which is vital to me and not always the case in other hotels. Well located hotel. Nice restaurant for meals including breakfast

Very clean and modern - they’ve done a lot of refurbishments in the last few years and it really shows. Great location. Lovely single rooms. Friendly staff.

The hotel cancelled my original booking and then charged a much more expense rate for the room. I pointed this out and the hotel refused to do anything about this over charge. I will not stay here again, very poor attitude.

Upscale, clean, comfortable. Small rooms, but all you really need. Could not pick a better location for shows, restaurants, the river, or museums. Very safe and welcoming. I have stayed there 3 times as a solo traveler and would definitely recommend! Comfort, location, and security are worth the slightly higher price.

The bathroom was very small and snot as clean as I’d like

The location was perfect for our trip to London for my partners birthday. We arrived to balloons and chocolate in the bedroom which was a lovely little touch. Reception were friendly enough and the concierge were extra helpful.

Great location - walking distance to transport stations, restaurants, souvenir shops.

While our room is quite spacious, it feels a bit gloomy and the window is a bit too small. The shower area is a bit high as well, which can be dangerous if it's slippery after showering.

The hotel location is central and just walking distance to Covent Garden; where you can find dozens of restaurants of your taste, Jubilee Market, and many souvenir shops. It's also near pharmacy, coffee shops, and transport stations. It's also 5-10 mins walk to the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square. If you plan to ride Hop on Hop Off bus, the meeting point is just across the Trafalgar Square. The hotel provides free water bottle that can be refilled and the refill station is available at every floor.

The hotel has a great promotion of 7-pound vouchers to be used on site by forgoing fresh towels every day. Unfortunately they discourage combining them. We were able to work things out with staff which was appreciated, but I think the Hotel should review their standard policy as this is a great idea and many guests stay more than a couple of days.

Central location was perfect. Close to all the sights. Good breakfast.
